I understand that they have to do system updates. I'm really beginning to wonder if the system you guys are using is worth it. I spent from 6:00am to 6:30am in the drive thru waiting for them to open at a 24hr location. They had 8 cars around the building. Most of which drove away. I just got off work, so I'm in no hurry, but I know those folks are going to work hungry. Could you all at least get on the headset and tell us your system is down instead of making us wait in silence, other than your automated response which asks if we would like to use our mobile app?

Horrible customer service from Diamond ( she said that was her name) unwilling to give a customer food the way they ask for it. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location. Last time i was promised from corporate and the store manager it would not happen again yet here we are. Diamond in drive thru needs a course in customer svc . Her hostile / agressive behavior is uncalled for. When i addressed my complaint last time and the resolve she dismissed me and told me to report her to whom ever i wanted. All over putting mustard on my breakfast sandwich. Steer clear of this location as Burger king “ will make it your way”!

The employee was great that took my order, my daughter wanted to add a mc flurry at the window and he did add it with a smile. Great service. That is the only McDonald's that I go to. It's out of the way but worth driving to. Thanks ?

April 6 2022 835pmSo immature, kid goofing off not wanting to give me my food then started laugh with a coworker. I've never had this experience before. I don't ever write a review so writing this is showing that this really irritated me. I payed for my food went went the second window n he have me my drink n told me to have a goodnight n I waited for about 5 min for my food while he was just laughing looking at me then finally just handed my food very rudly!! My food looked a mess

The service is always good, but the hamburger I ordered was dry and cold. I can tell it's been sitting for over at least an hour. They could have at least warmed it up. But, on the high side, the fries were fresh and yummy ?!!

My husband and I just came from Cascade McDonald's come home start trying to take a bite out of our burgers and they are so pink they even think it came right from a butcher's farm it is disgusting they do not fully cook their food at all.

at 6pm, 2/16/22, I was at the drive through window and witnessed a worker, who was filling my three shake order, place each cup in teeth and lips to hold it, fill a shake, take the large cup from her teeth and lips and fill it and repeated until all three we filled. IN HER TEETH AND LIPS AND THEN USED THE CUP TO FILL MY ORDER. I told the window worker I wanted three new shakes because of what I saw her do to my shakes.. When confronted by the worker at the window she nodded she did it and then she came to the window, did not apologize but told me I was wrong for not wearing a mask at the window. She then walked over to where my new three shakes were filled, bent over and it looked like she spit in my cup. All my food and skakes were given to me, without a word said and I threw them all away. The most disgusting thing I have ever seen. DO NOT EAT HERE. $25 order. I may never eat at a McDonalds again!

Not too busy this morning, and I was through the drive thru quickly. Order was accurate. No complaints.

Are the ice cream machines ever not broken?Waited for a solid 10 minutes In the drive through line because inside was closed just to be told the ice cream machines were broken.

Can't use their app--it says go inside. Can't go inside, doors are locked. No curbside pickup because app has problems. Now in line at drive through with no clue if they have my order or if my card has been charged. So tired of places that promote usage of an app that doesn't work. Looking at you, too, Sam's Club. Just want a hot chocolate.(Update) When I got to the window, they could not find my order and staff admitted that they were having problems with the app. I bumped my rating from 1 star to 2 stars because they were getting people through the long drive through line pretty quickly.
