1. I was completely ignored for 10 minutes after I was seated. Not even "I'll be right with you." Or "hi, welcome, give me a couple of minutes." At least give me a glass of water and say "I'll be back as soon as I can". 2. When I asked the waiter for a Lemon Drop Martini, he said he could google it to find out how to make it. It tasted like lemonade with no vodka in it. 3. The online menu was totally different than the actual menu. I was hoping for a burger, but the menu didn't offer it. Entrees seem a bit pricey.
Had tickets to Broadway last night and reservations with Matchbox. None of us had been there before and not one of us was disappointed. Had appetizer of poutine - wonderful- a few had cocktails- good bartenders Dinners 3 salads, salmon Caesar 2 chicken Cobb and one salmon dinner. Not one was lacking for food. Highly recommend- going back for fish n chips that looked good. Parking in that area can be challenging but we were able to use a business lot since after they left for the day

I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal here. Tonight the chef special featured andouille sausage, capers, and blistered tomatoes. I went in for the special and it was every bit as good as I thought it would be. If you go here for dinner or for lunch do not miss the best clam chowder in Grand Rapids. You will love it by the cup or a bowl
Service was horrible. We were seated and waited a good 20 minutes just for the server to take our drink orders. The table next to us was sat and instantly greeted. They weren’t even that busy either. We just felt ignored. We usually have pretty good service there but today was just awful. Not sure what is going on but our waitress was also not friendly at all. She had green hair. We’ve had the waitress with blonde hair and she is always super sweet and attentive.Not a fan today.
The service was awesome and friendly. My beer came in a frosted mug! The food was okay. When I ordered chips and cheese, I was expecting melted shredded cheese not liquid cheese product like you get at a movie theater or concession stand. The chicken sandwich and burger had good flavor but were cooked to an inch of their life and dry. I would go back, but would suggest switching to real cheese and adding lettuce/tomato to your chicken sandwiches and burgers and not cooking all of the moisture out of them.
It was delicious and our server was so amazing and patient with us as we were having some fun ☺️. I wanted duck for my birthday and it was SO delicious. All 6 of us at the table loved our meals. Drinks were great too!

I love the food, drinks, friendly staff and overall vibe of the place! It's awesome everytime and my new go to, just be prepared to park and walk a ways a way if on a busy weekend.
The food was excellent and so was the service! We went on a Thursday evening and will definitely be back soon!
