Perfectly seasoned sizzling steak with fresh asparagus! Service was amazing. Loved every single bite.
Had a great date with my husband here! We ordered Flo's 6oz filet and the 12oz ribeye. The filet was cooked to perfection and the side salad and potato were very good. The ribeye was good but not the best we've had. I think the bone in ribeye is a better cut. The sweet potato skin was a bit burned but the inside was still very good. Tried their peach sangria, very good as well. I love that their steak knives are nice and heavy duty! Hannah was a fantastic waitress ????

Customer service was great. Our waitress was awesome. The food wasn’t that great. The stuffed mushrooms were not good and I usually love mushrooms. The steak was not worth the price and I’m not just being Dutch. I feel that compared to other steakhouses (not the fancy ones either), I’ve had better quality steak. I usually don’t have very high expectations at chains like this but this was far below average. The only thing that I really liked a lot was their grilled Brussel sprouts. Now those were amazing.
The steak was tender that you could cut with your spoon,the salads were huge and tasty, sweet potatoes were large and delicious, the baked potatoe was loaded and tasty, they serve you some hot bread loaf with butter and I got some macaroni and cheese that was their own recipe that was finger licking good. This place is friendly and the service was great. They have desserts, but was too full to order any. To me the place is trully a steakhouse. And the price is reasonable!
So impressed with this particular restaurant- one would not know through the experience that it was a chain. Great dining experience from waiting at the bar for our table, to enjoying our meal and relaxing afterwards. Management was top notch as my husbands whiskey order with dinner came as an old fashion rather then on the rocks. Within minutes the manager had the correct drink with a smile and apology to my husband. Onto the food - crisp salad, warm bread, and we’ll prepared steak, shrimp and vegetables. I am always particularly picky about vegetables being cooked adente and my asparagus was perfect. Reasonable prices and generous portions- have not one complaint. Go Grand Rapids Longhorn Team. Now we understand why you are always so busy.
This restaurant is amazing! The service was excellent. We had a party of eleven people. That included children in a high chair and a sling for a car seat age baby with two other small children as well plus multiple adults.When the mother and dad of the babies came in the waitress never missed a beat from the time we all ordered drinks til the time we walked out the door she was amazing!The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. The waiting was a bit longer than expected as they don’t take reservations yet given the size of our party we understood and waited for a table large enough for all of us.This was a birthday dinner and it turned out wonderful.A special shout-out to the waitress is needed for her patience and accuracy of our order along with her outstanding attention to every single detail we asked for during our visit.The waitresses name was Jessica.I would definitely recommend her to anyone and try the lobster tail while you are there.
At first we were frustrated because after we were seated at the table nobody came to our table for about 20 minutes. We were just about ready to leave when the waiter showed up.After the waiter went to grab our drinks the manager? came over to talk with us because he had overheard us talking about leaving . He assured me that we would not be waiting that long again the rest of our time there. He was absolutely right! Our food was there very quick, the quality was on point, the food was delicious and he gave us a nice discount when it came time to pay the bill. I believe the name of the person we talked to was Nathan. Just normal service is all we ask for, but you went above and beyond to help and we appreciate that. We will be back.

We had the cowboy ribeye -- a really good steak, cooked to a perfect medium, and oversalted. It came with a side of broccoli, which was also perfectly cooked and helped soak up some of the salt. Also an appetizer of cheese-stuffed mushrooms, which were plentiful and tasty, but oversalted. (Cheese is salty, yes, but this was a whole new level.) For dessert we got the cinnamon sugar donuts, which were warm, fluffy and -- wait for it -- oversalted. We left in disbelief. Five stars would be well within reach if not for the glaring problem with salt.
