The food was fantastically hot and fresh, the staff were so polite and friendly, and everything was delicious! Just a fantastic place to get a mice meal, I had lunch with my mother and we both enjoyed it.
The food was hot (freshly prepared), but the service took exceptionally long. The drive-thru is awkward and not easily accessible. I would suggest their other area location, but it several miles away.
They literally got every single item in my order wrong and were arguing with me about what I ordered. They finally took the order back and gave me the "correct" order and I got home and there were still things missing. I also ordered a chicken meal and got all fish.
What a dumpster fire of a place filled with disgruntled employees. The menu lighting was off and when asked about items the slick mouth employee said “don’t we have a menu out there?”.
The service is slow which I get because they're understaffed, but the people's attitude there is like they don't care that's just the way they held themselves . The girl at the counter had her back turned to us and they're unapologetic about the wat and the the food is now just mediocre overall it's it's a bad experience.
We dined in and the man who waited on us was very nice! He might have been the manager - not sure. If not, he should be cause he has great customer service. Our food was top quality and hot! We enjoyed our fish, hush puppies and fries. Floor was a little sticky/greasy, but it is probably hard to keep floors clean in a place that fries fish. Would go back again.
Ordered a meal at 7:20. Was told it would be 15 minutes please pull ahead...I asked for a refund and go not reply.. I pulled ahead. 25 later I go back to the window. They didn't have my order. Would not make my order.. could not figure out how to give a refund... argued with me about my refund and refused to make my order. Place smelled like they were more interested in getting high...firl was eating fries while talking to me...7:55... a manager final walked up and said sorry, they will make my order fresh.Manager was great.. 5 minutes later I had food..Place is trash
Food was decent when it was finally handed to me after an 8 minute wait. The staff here needs some professionalism training as soon as possible. Started with running some slang at me at the order speaker, and ended with handing me the bag of food without even looking out at me or saying anything. Then, as I drove around the back to leave, uncrushed boxes and garbage bags were laying all over. Given I was there to buy food, it was overall fairly unsettling - couldn't help but have concern about the cleanliness of the inside. I didn't get sick, though! :-)
Yeah Long John Silvers on 28th Street then people work work fast and quick and courteous I mean I've never seen that much courtesy out of brothers and sisters in a long time but they were really good people to us to me my grandson in the food was nice and hot and fresh and really good and I would be a recommendation anybody to go there anytime have a blessed day
I hadn't been here in a while cause the last time I was there, it was not good. My granddaughter wanted you go, so we stopped in and it was really good.
