Discovered this is under new ownership after dining. I knew something was off because it was so dirty and had bever been like that before. I thought it was a fluke and decided to stay and eat. Service was fast and friendly. The door from the kitchen to the dining room was disgusting, splatters on the walls, booths full of crumbs and trash. The food was less flavorful, had fewer veggies (mine), less shrimp (my guest), smaller portions, lower quality ingredients, no lemongrass in mine (which it was supposed to have) and overall just not impressive. I was disappointed and will not return. The old owners/chef were excellent, but now it is just a disappointment and possibly unsanitary. Skip it.

Delicious Thai food..!!!It was my first time trying Thai food and my experience was amazing! The restaurant is small but they have lots of variety of menu including vegan options!Thai ice tea and yellow curry are must try items!I really loved it!!!

Had bug in my drink and there was no compensation or anything for it. Had house chow noodles and they were pretty good. A little pricy here though considering the bugs, area, and overall experience.

Used delivery service for dinner meal while in town, thought to give a local restaurant a try, this food was amazing, even had delicious sauce on the side to account for to-go best packaging. Skilled chefs prepared my food. Spicy level was offered and just right.

My wife and I love Thai food. We tried Lai Thai Kitchen tonight and were very pleased with the food. Reasonably priced and served with little waiting. Pleasant staffThis will be my go to for Thai food now.

Deserving for being considered one of the best Thai restaurants in the Grand Rapids metropolitan area. I have eaten here several times and the food never disappoints. Do not let the humble strip mall location fool you. The food is fantastic and service attentive.

Our family loves this restaurant!! In the picture below is the mango curry and the panang curry. We have also tried many other dishes which has always been tasty. My other favorites are green curry, pad se ew, and pad thai. You really cannot go wrong with anything!

Drove 45 minutes to pick up my food. When I got home I discovered that there was no rice with the food. The chicken wings that were supposed to have sweet chili sauce had none. I paid for extra sauce and did not receive it.

We did pick up from Lai Thai last night. It was our first time eating there. The pad see ew was inedible - had a very very off after taste. They also mixed chicken in with beef even though we requested beef. The red curry had two pieces of beef total. The Massaman curry was just as spicy as the red curry even though we requested spice level 0 on the Massaman and spice level 5 on the red curry.

The food was SO good, the prices were great, it's a lovely little spot to stop into. I had the crispy Pad Thai and it was awesome. We are definitely going back!!
