There were a lot of people in front of me, but they were super fast. I had an order placed and they didn't have it ready, but they got it using the fresher donuts and got it ready super quickly. The donuts were, as usual, super good and fresh. It is a tad expensive now, but that's okay for a treat.

Excellent crew working, very efficient and polite. Great doughnuts as usual, but, as with everything else, a bit more expensive than I remember. I know it's not your fault, possibly mine I bought a dozen, 6 original glazed (still warm!?), 6 assorted at random. Great selection by the way, they were delicious! ? and an iced mocha little ice. Was great as well!

Best place for donuts...kids love going when hot light is on.. definitely worth the 55min drive when I have coupons.

We use to love this place but it’s definitely fell off a cliff!! Attitude from everyone you talk to, including the manager! I enjoy leaving nice reviews but it’s been long enough and they are still rude! I don’t even bring my kids in there anymore. It’s disgusting and they have no patience. Can I get a hi how are you? Or a have a nice day? As much as we enjoy them it as a treat I honestly just wish they would shut down, clean, and reopen with better workers! Sorry but giving them the Benefit of the doubt is no more! GROSS!

First, the dine-in area was about 50° and the staff were all wearing winter jackets. The glazed donuts were cooked with warm oil so they were very greasy. The other donuts were old and the filled donuts had little, if any, filling. The staff were rude and complained they were understaffed. The dine-in area was dirty and they were simply not attentive. No hot drinks or coffee made or availableThis is, no doubt, the lowest ranking donut shop in Grand Rapids.

Krispy Kreme is delicious, but this is probably the worst run food establishment that I've ever been to. Every single employee is not only incompetent they are incredibly, even gleefully rude. It's an unbelievably bad experience. They get orders wrong all the time to the point of absurdity. These people will mess up an order of "one dozen original glazed please". I don't know how they do it. This manager needs to be fired immediately.

We live an hour north of GR and visit this location when we travel to GR occasionally. Four different times over the past year we pull up to the drive thru in the mid morning asking for blueberry cake donuts and are told each time they have none today. We’ve ordered instead other types and told we’re out of those too. Wow, if specialty donuts are so complicated to make, then remove them from the menu.

I don’t even know WHERE to begin with this-Cleanliness is definitely not a priority here, and they can not convince me otherwise. The window to look into where the donuts were made was GRIMY, as if it hadn’t been washed in days, if not weeks. Almost none of the tables were clean. There were crumpled up napkins all over the floor. There was a pizza box left out and abandoned. There was also a PILE of the donut glaze just sitting on the floor, as if the machine was leaking. The staff were rude, and obviously didn’t want to be there. They would rather bicker/talk amongst themselves. The second we walked in, there was just negative energy. And with how many staff members there were back there, not one of them took the time to wipe off some tables. In fact one of them was leaning against the conveyer belt for the donuts staring at his phone. I can not get past how absolutely GROSS of a condition this place was in. Do not recommend eating in here, if at all!!!!! I left there feeling very icky.

This place was incredibly dirty, and the staff was over the top rude. Rolling their eyes the whole time at customers. One customer pointed out that lots of donuts were falling all over the floor and the girl shrugged and said oh well. Blown away at how run down this place has become. There’s absolutely no way they will stay in business.

Very disappointed. I have been getting my favorite raspberry filled donuts for years. Recently each time I get them they have less and less filling. Not sure if the company is just trying to save money or if the staff don't know what they are doing. After eating one today with less than 1 bite of filling, I decided to cut another open to see how much filling was actually in it. It looked as if it was just put on the spout just to wipe the remnants off and that was it. Why pay extra for a filled donut if it's not actually going to be filled?
