Our server was chatting with her friends at the table next to us the whole time. Have our table to someone else and she forgot about us because we werenât in her section. Food was pretty good but it was maddening to see the server hanging out with her friends while she was being paid to work (and not doing any work). Liked the ambience but probably wouldnât go back due to service.
Not the best experience tonight. Unorganized, food was less than par and an overall poorer experience than in previous visits. Sure hoping Knoop steps up their quality and service game as it is a lovely restaurant.
Knoop is one of my new favorite places to drink/dine in Grand Rapids. The shareable plates vibe is great for a date or a bunch of friends. While the drinks are on the more expensive side, itâs worth it to spoil yourself every once in a while in a very relaxing environment. Highly recommend!
Amazing view! I didn't think I was going to be able to get to a rooftop bar for my birthday because Merten's was completely booked - but so happy I found this place!
Very slow service. Great ambiance.
Everything was amazing with the exception of the dessert. Literally got one of everything on the dessert menu and compared to the main dishes, was disappointing to say the least. Will be getting dessert somewhere else next time.
The food was unique. I would try this restaurant again.
