Great drive thru this evening. Server was thoughtful and even mentioned I should try the new Mt Dew flavor before I pull away just in case I might not like it.For that reason you should definitely stop in and buy lunch or diner.I will be back.PS…the drink was great!

I know KFC isnt a gold standard or anything, but this place is bad for a KFC. Incorrect orders, overcooked to hell, cold, or hard stale food. I havent run into customer service issues per se but the food outta this place is nasty on a good day during rush hour. Just go somewhere else, honestly.
Short staffed received warm pepsi no ice. Staff needs to slow down to make sure order is correct and the customer received all their requests. Think twice about going to Plainfield location.
This is the one place where if I could give it a zero I would. I saw that this location was open till 9:30 and I even called to ensure that it was open. When I got there the employees were sweeping the place. when I went up to the speaker they seemingly hid in the back hoping for me to leave. No one answered and when I went to the window there was no one around. I went to the speaker another time to make sure and they shut the light off on me without ever saying anything. I even called once more and they immediately hung up on me. Pathetic and lazy workers. I'd definitely recommend for no one to go here.
Food is good enough, but I don't think I've had an order fully correct on any occasion. Something is usually missing or wrong, and as much as I would love to continue getting food here, the staff is a bit too rude and uncaring to make it worth it. I'm sad to say I probably won't be eating at this location again.
Absolutely poor customer service. Not friendly at all. It's not my fault if you hate your job. I'm not expecting to be treated like royalty, but a please and thank you would be nice.
Worse experience ever with this KFC and the night manager that wouldn't answer a simple question without having a negative attitude and actually asked me to leave the drive thru.. I will tell everyone I know not to go to the Plainfield location. I'll be in touch with corporate office asap..
Terrible everytime I go. Last time I went items were forgotten, which happens but when I brought the order back they rudely said "Here" & handed me the remainder of my order. Today I pulled up to the drive thru & someone said "You can order." I just drove off. This location needs to work on their customer service.
