Asked for all white meat got charged for the white meat but got all dark. I guess reading isn't a job requirement!!
Way way way better than last visit. Girl at the drive up was the rudest, crudest, nastiest snottiest brat. Would have fired her on the spot. Wasn't ever going to return, but decided one more chance.
HORRIBLE Experience i went to get the 20 dollar fill up she said it was 23 now and I said fine.now after driving home paying 23 and change starving the family is ready to eat there was only 7 small pieces of chicken and I was so upset I couldn't call or return because I had to feed the house and go to work I had no time.Extremely disappointed
They don’t know how to run a drive through, never responded so I left and called and they said well come back and try again….lobby is closed also
Purchased a 12 piece original bucket, I could tell the chicken had been sitting under the warming lights. The chicken was dried out and the skin was hard and not edible. I was sadly disappointed.
What the heck… walked there, went to dine in, hours posted said open until 9. Door is locked. Can’t rate the food, but I can rate the service. If you’re not serving inside say so on the door. Not difficult to put up a sign saying lobby closed, no indoor dining.
Love their pot-pies, BUT, they close at 9:00 and twice in the last 30 days I was there around 7 and got told they're all out for the rest of the day. Not acceptable. And when I get the 4 piece wing dinner or snack box, the wings ALWAYS have broken bones. Why???
The chicken is cold they won't work with you they don't like they don't want to work or go out of the way to help you out especially the one on Michigan Street you're there that's the worst I recommend if you want to eat somewhere I wouldn't eat there the health department needs to be get ahold of them.
Took over ONE HOUR to get dinner through the drive thru tonight!No apology. Just they had 'to cook more chicken.' Horrible!
