I’ve been twice now. I’ve taken two different people. It’s such a great chill atmosphere. The employees are informative and very welcoming! I’ve enjoyed my visits and of course the Kava!!
I want to love this place. I've had the pleasure of drinking Kava with Fijians while living in Micronesia and can confirm that their Kava is pretty good. What's hard to accept is a beautiful cultural practice that seems cheapened by the atmosphere. I think some acknowledgment of the origins would feel a lot less like cultural appropriation.
Enjoy learning from the beautiful young lady who patiently gave me insight as to the root of the tree teas does for the mind, body, aches, pain, relaxation, etc. Yes it was a bit pricey. I felt sleepy after I sipped the tea. Great experience. A must try.
Very pleasant place to go and hang out. Love that its open late. Very kind staff. It is a little louder than the average coffee shop but there is usually a place to sit so that's a plus if you dine in. Ordering is a little confusing because I don't usually know where to stand. I am normally a in and out customer. Over all I am pleased with there service and would recommend them to night owls. I am planning on to continue to come back here
Great little Kava house only one in Michigan and its here in Grand Rapids. Great atmosphere and the barista was so friendly definitely made me want to come again and bring friends.

I checked out a new coffee shop…excellent americano! Walked by lots of times and never noticed it, definitely worth trying out. Very cozy.

Kava doesn't do much for me and it tastes terrible but the staff and patrons are very friendly and it's a fun place to bring visitors who are curious about kava
The staff is always so chill and kind. Great meeting spot. Wonderful selection of healing teas, top notch flavors for the kava, and all around pleasing atmosphere.
