This store is awful! I placed an order online for 2 combos & an extra sandwich. They immediately called me and asked for a tip because I didn't pre-tip. Which I always tip in cash because I am a delivery person myself. I just think that it's offensive that they would even call me about a tip when u haven't even received my order.
Ordered on the app for drive thru pick up - got all the way home and discovered my sandwich was wrong. I asked to add cucumbers, instead I got only lettuce, not even the tomato that is standard. One piece of turkey and one piece of ham, half falling off the bread. And no napkins. Not going back to this location!
I just thought it was a standard practice and friendly gesture to give customers napkins…. you guys did not. Your Thai chicken wrap is extremely messy without them…. JUST AN FYI.
I drive a commercial truck that won't fit in the drive thru. I walk into the store and employees are a little rude. They said I CAN NOT come into the store to order at the counter. Order online and come in and pick it up.I don't order food online. The website also says dine in with a green check.Thats okay though, I can walk into any Subway and order at the counter.
Never had bad service from this location….ordered tonight…..all lettuce….barley any meat….called and talked to the manager and he was rude not willing to make this right! Avoid this location! Paid 18.00 for lettuce and a bun!!!
They messed up my online order and when I called they wanted me to drive all the way back for $2 avocado. Terrible way to handle the situation and the manager hung up on me. Never again.
when we got there, the person who was taking our order was very rude.we ordered our food and went home, two out of three of our orders were wrong. there was tomatoes and way to much mayonnaise and didn’t even order either of those and it didn’t come on the thing we ordered. there was very little guacamole spread between two pieces of cheese.

Website let's us order delivery. Get a text that we are out of the zone, so they won't deliver. I ask them to cancel the order, they say it will be, but still got charged over $45 for food we never got. Super rude customer service from the male I spoke with on the phone, as he told me the website was not his problem and he didn't care if it allowed me to order delivery.
Walked to door not realizing it was drive through only. Watched employee just stare at me, couldn't even gesture towards the sign which I didnt see. Stopped at this location as it showed on Google that it the lobby was open.
