Our son ordered delivery from the Monroe St location and never received his food. When he called he was told that it was delivered and they were closed now. Hours later he received a call from the person it had actually been delivered to (his number was on the receipt). The driver delivered to the wrong address.The next day my husband called the Monroe St location to ask for a refund. The “manager” gave him the run around. Everything from saying there was no such order, even though we have screen shots, to our son ordering wrong, again we have screen shots, to telling him they don’t do refunds. When my husband asked for the owners name and contact info, he was hung up on. He called back, and the manager hung up on him again. They then stopped answering the phone when he called.Our 16 year old son used his own money and he tipped very well, he never received his food. He deserves a refund.
This has been one of my go-to spots for lunch, but when ordering delivery to a large organization, it’s important that delivery drivers read the instructions. Instead of freaky fast delivery, I had to eat a freaky fast lunch due to the drivers failure to follow instructions, and my lunch being “missing” until my lunch hour was almost over.
gonna be honest i think like 2 years ago i rated this place 3 stars and never went back but i started getting lunch here earlier this week and the place is totally different. the people are really nice and my food was done as soon as i walked in the door.
On November 5th I tried to enjoy a delicious Jimmy John's sub in this store, but the rude staff wouldn't allow patrons - even fully vaccinated ones - to sit in any of the seats EVEN THOUGH one of their own team members were actively eating at a table next to the window. My family and I will never go to any Jimmy John's in Grand Rapids again.

I ordered my sub from two buildings away at 11:22am. I ordered it delivery because it was raining. I didn't get my delivery until 12:06pm. Maybe they should really consider changing their motto. FREAKY FAST? HA!
Jimmy johns is okay. Sometimes they make a really good sub, sometimes its an absolutely catastrophe.
I come here for lunch often since I’m working down the street right now. I don’t know what it is but this is probably the best jimmy johns I’ve been too. They do a really nice job.
Concerned.. I guess. Don’t go to JJ’s often. But maybe people like their sandwiches here, pre-made, out of cold storage.. My Cubano came straight from the fridge. Ice cold. ‘Never seen a Cubano that wasn’t served hot / or toasted. If only I had brought my kitchen with me.. but then I could have saved myself a walk and slapped together some cold cuts, cold dry bread, pickles and saved $8….
I dont understand why sometimes I can order a side of hot peppers with my sub and sometimes they tell me it is not possible. Why should I not be able to purchase a side of hot peppers with any sub. This is ridiculous and prevents me from ordering food from jimmy johns.
