First time here and I wasn't disappointed. The bread was soft and fresh. It was made within 5 min of having ordered it on the app. We ordered 4 subs mind you. We all sampled each other's and we all liked the 4 different subs we received. My wife forgot to used the promo code is my only complaint. (Bummer). We will be going back soon. Thank you Jimmy John's.
The staff was very nice, however they gave me a tuna instead of a lulu after I repeated it twice. My son ate it anyway, and now he’s been in the bathroom for 3 hours, and had to call in sick. Please check your tuna from yesterday.

Just went there and picked up an online order. It was all great, we've never been disappointed. That is until I found a dead green aphid bug on my lettuce wrap sandwich. I had already eaten 3/4 of the sandwich, so I'm hoping that was the only bug on there....please check your lettuce.
Food was good. Lobby was closed so we couldn’t eat in or use the rest room and service wasn’t freaky fast.
I can't seem to fine the perfect combination of ingredients for the veggie sub. Maybe it's the avocado? I'll try again. ?
