You would think with all the businesses that are suffering right now, people would welcome the business and larger orders. The staff at this location are extremely rude. The manager just as rude and condescending. They clearly don’t care about customer service or people coming back to their location.
This Jersey Mike’s location is top notch! I come here often when I’m craving a sandwich b/c they offer gluten free bread. They also do their best to avoid cross contamination when you let them know it’s an allergy. I would recommend ordering online if you don’t like to wait in line. There can be a solid wait time when it’s close to typical “eating” times. I generally prefer to go in and order. I enjoy chatting with the staff. They are all friendly and accommodating to allergies/preferences. The new manager Ashley has done an awesome job turning this location into a well oiled machine.
Stopped in this store for famous Jersey Mike's sub sandwiches and the staff and food selections did not disappoint. Great Subs. Great Staff. Quick and Easy. Highly Recommended.
The kid with the black hair and a mullet was so nice and had amazing customer service.
This Jersey Mike’s was lovely. They were short staffed and busy, but everyone got the same friendly treatment. I have a food allergy and they were very accommodating and didn’t make it seem like a burden. The GM in particular was wonderful, but unfortunately I didn’t catch her name.

6 months ago I swear I was not going back to Jersey Mike's, because of the bad services and food. but last month, I decided I would give it 1 more chance, since we love their food so much. I am so glad I decided to do so. They let go of the management and employees, They have a whole new crew, the store looks amazing, the quality of food is back to where it should be the employees are amazing, they listen and make your food with smiles and love. If you left because of the same reasons, please. Give this restaurant another chance, before I seen lines, now im the only one at 5pm on a Friday thats not good. So as a good customer, I letting everyone know, go back to Jersey Mike's, dont give up on them because of bad management. Give this new crew a chance. They are ready to give the love in their food as we deserve. I rate the food I had last night a 5 star, along with the service 5star.
Fast service, good food, friendly staff. The dining area had some wrappers on the floor but otherwise was clean.
Customer service was horrible. The blonde girl working did not make eye contact, mumbled what she was saying, rolled her eyes as she was cutting my sandwich, and overall had a very bad attitude about being there in general. Will not be going back to this location.
I ordered lunch today. The girl working the counter was super rude, my order was not completed and when I went to eat my sandwich it looked like they stepped on it before packing it. The meat and toppings were all gross. I would give -1 star if I could!
