We came here when another coffee shop was closed nearby and I’m glad we came across it! They toast their own coffee beans and even harvest their own honey (the owner is a beekeeper!). My cafe miel was delicious and they had popcorn (for purchase) and games for my toddler to entertain herself with while I chatted with a friend.
Bad service. Dirty. We have been coming her for years - not sure what has cha he’s - maybe ownership ? unfortunately we will be going next door for ice cream to frosty boy!
Mediocre coffee. An employee belittled how i make coffee while we made casual talk. Very arrogant company. If you want coffee in Cascade- Starbucks knows what their doing. It isn’t local but it employs local and takes care of their employees. If you want coffee in Ada, I recommend Nonna’s Pantry, Mudpenny (they also roast their own), and the Ada Village General Store (they serve Madcap). Any of these establishments will give you a better experience.
The ice cream window at JamNBean serves up over 20 different flavors of soft serve ice cream besides many flavors of hand dipped ice cream. The service was great, the ice cream delicious, and the afternoon outdoors pleasant. We took one of the grandkids there for her birthday. She loved it.
Loved my Espresso shake and the owner is very knowledgeable about coffee as they roast their own! Also there is a deck space with sound system above the restaurant under the trees, so I'm really thinking about it as a great venue to host a kids event. The owner decorated the front of the property with very cute tiki- houses and similar decor so it feels like a fun vacation spot to have ice cream and coffee.
Awesome little spot in the heart of Cascade! Walk across the street to a great park along the Thornapple River?. Good coffee and excellent sweets. The QR codes are big enough to scan from inside your vehicle comfortably while in a parking spot as well!
Oat milk ice latte with mocha was delicious :D Strawberry ice cream was tasty as well, the only ice cream that was weird was the coffee mocha fudge and dark chocolate flakes swirled through bold coffee...( wow the name).. It tasted so salty and strong that I could not finish them.The person who brought the order out to our car was nice !May be i will try other items on menu next time.

While visiting the area last week, I stopped by to get a cup of coffee a couple of days. Also, brought two bags of coffee home. Coffee was delicious. They do roast there own. Also, they strive for consistency.
We had a VERY disappointing experience happen tonight. My son has a lactose allergy and saw on their sign out front that they had popsicles. My older son and I got ice cream and my younger son wanted a bomb pop. The girls working were nice but informed me that the bomb pops could not be sold but could only be won spinning their prize wheel. He did not of course win a bomb pop. I offered to pay for one and the workers refused. I ended our ice cream trip with my 7 year old in tears. We will not be back….
