Terrible service. Food came out like this and was missing the marinara sauce. And they forgot to put in our order.
We ordered curbside pickup today and the woman that brought out our order was rude with how she was handing me the food. Then she rushed back in that I wasn't able to tell her she didn't give me our son's milkshake, so my husband had to go in to get it. They gave the wrong flavor. My husband and son had pancakes and they were 3 to 4 stacked, they only gave them 1pk of syrup each so they had to eat dry pancakes. They didn't put the chocolate syrup on our son's either. Very disappointed considering how much we paid for everything.
To go order was a mess. Over cooked omelettes. Had their French toast many times but this day it was like made by an inexperienced person. The only thing that was good was the pancakes. And not to mention the waiting. Called the location next day to put in complaint and she hang up on me after say “we can’t do anything about it” Disappointing customer service.While waiting for order went to use the bathroom ~ couldn’t even ?
Food was decent. Staff left a bit to be desired. Only had 2 people to run the place, and the hostess was also the server. Saw her many times playing with her hair then handle people's orders, not acceptable. Likely will not return
Avoid this location like the plague!! Summer was the rudest server I've ever met. The floors an bathroom were absolutely appalling. Waited an hr for our food to come out incorrectly we ordered very simple omelets. If they were busy I would've been more understanding but they had 6 people including us waiting for food. I asked the couple next to us if they were waiting a long time they said they waited a very long time to get there pancakes. I'm done giving this location a chance.
Good eats. The place is getting a bit dated, interior wise and smells a bit like a grease bucket for some reason but it kind of reminds me of the old mom and pop restaurants from back in the day. Nice waitstaff but they seem just a bit on edge. Overall not a bad place for a meal...
Amazing food! Kids ate all of it. We smashed on the pancakes! The cheesecake pancakes were like heaven!!! Chuncks of cheesecake in just about every bite was pure perfection.
Just came in for dinner. Waited for 20 mintutes without being greeted or told what was going on. Finally we were told they were under staffed in the kitchen. I asked why we still couldn't be seated and served drinks, to which my question was ignored.Us and 4 others walked out during our 20 min wait. ( which was everyone who was waiting) also their floor had about 3 tables being waited on. Not busy at all.So unprofessional. It's not hard to explain to your waiting customers whats going on. Instead of leaving everyone clueless and uncared for in the lobby.
Restaurant tables were dirty. Weren't many people there and it still took a while for our food. Never got an order of bacon. Waitress was friendly, but not fast or efficient at all. Took 10 mins from the time we gave our waitress cash to get the change. We won't be coming back here.
The restaurant was very busy! We had a party of 8. We were taken to our table sooner than our estimated wait time, which was great! Our waitress was fantastic! Got our drinks out, order taken, and food out efficiently! The order was all correct and the food cooked great! Our waitress was very attentive!
