Got sat in 1 minute, waiter saw us immediately, food in 5, complete happiness in 10 minutes. Host was very nice and on top of things and our waiter was killing it too! 10/10 experience.
Will not return here again. After giving our humble feedback to the manager there, he told us we should just leave and to tell our friends not to come here either!! I was shocked. Toast wasn’t toasted, steak wasn’t cooked. Almost as if they didn’t pay their electricity bill. We try to give our feedback to the manager, not looking to dis him, the cook or server, but for a future reference and told us we should then just leave and to tell our friends not to come here either. Very disappointed.
We don't have Swiss. We don't have English muffins. We don't have military discount. What they do have is cold food. Multiple helpings of attitude. White bread instead of toast. Some young man who thinks that hes an economist But couldn't manage his way out of the kitchen with edible food. He's probably the reason why the restaurant is failing. After paying the full bill for substandard food He asked us not to come back rather than help us And tell our friends not to come here as we're so terrible I mean I guess they didn't pay the electric bill so they couldn't toast the toast and they couldn't grill the steak. Last time that I will be going to IHOP or in this case IHOPLESS.
Our plate came with a little bit of hashbrowns and we didn't order them. So someone else's food on our plate, and our waitress short changed us and was rude about it when I questioned her about the receipt. Our food was cold. Never going there again!
I really wanted to give them a 5 star but I can't do so just because of the service was really bad at this particular IHOP on the Beltline. My wife & I got breakfast specials which included all you can eat pancakes with our breakfast we both got coffee our waitress took our order brought our food never came back to see if either of us wanted more pancakes or coffee. This person along with the rest of the server's did nothing but stand around complaining about everything when they wasn't busy at all. Instead of asking if we wanted anything else she just brought us our bill not a good showing on their parts on behalf of all IHOP Restaurants. Other than that the food was great and the prices as well.
Hadn't been here since pre-pandemic. Food was as good as ever and the prices were very reasonable.Excellent service from our waitress. She got every detail of our special requests correct and she kept my water glass full.

A very friendly waitress helped us this evening. She made all four of us our own carafes of coffee. The pancakes were delicious and the food was ready quick. Only downside was the bathroom was frigid.
This place is a joke. When ever we come in there it is only two servers for the entire restaurant. I understand that it is so hard to find people to work now, but the service is terrible and the people are rude. We went in on a Saturday at 8PM and there were two tables filled in the restaurant. The waiter (because they didn’t have a hostess) told us “I’m going to tell you the same thing I tell everyone else, it’s going to be a 10-15 minute wait to even be seated”. Until they get more staff, stay away.
The food was good and came in a timely fashion and cooked to how we wanted it. but one waitress was very rude but the rest of waitresses where really nice. We go to this restaurant often and this is the first time we have seen this one rude waitress and hope it's the last.
