In a search for GLUTEN FREE restaurants in the area we came across: Herb & Fire ? Pizza. We had never heard of this place. But after throughly ENJOYING our Caesar Salad and BBQ Chicken Pizza with GLUTEN FREE crust - I guarantee it’s a place worth remembering! The salad ? had a bed of fresh, crisp greens (romaine lettuce ?) and were surrounded with a variety of veggies including: roasted tomatoes (actually a fruit ?), super yummy kalamata olives ?, roasted red peppers, Parmesan, grilled artichokes, and a super creamy Caesar dressing. Oh so delicious. The pizza was super incredible with just the right combination of sweet and spicy combined with grilled sweet onions, and super yummy smoked Gouda cheese. But the most amazing part of this was how soft and tasty the gluten free crust was. I prefer a gluten free diet. Herb ? & Fire ? has created a MASTERPIECE!! It’s definitely worth a look Btw - while we were there the local GR firefighters returning from a run - made this their first stop for dinner before returning to the station. It’s that good ?
Pizza is typically pretty good, however the service at this location is anything but great. This last trip, my online order took over an hour to make and 20 minutes past my pickup time. I watched an entire line come and go before receiving my order. To top it off the order was not correct. Wish I could rate this higher but this is now multiple visits ending in a rough experience. I will unfortunately order elsewhere going forward.
Great topping options; same price regardless of the toppings you choose, which I love! Also they are careful about cross-contamination with gluten allergy. They even cook the pizza in a separate oven.
Came here with my cousin to grab a bite to eat and we had a fantastic experience! We wanted something to split and we were able to do a "build your own" pizza with different toppings on each half for about $11. There was more than enough food for two people and it was some of the best pizza I've ever had!Highly reccommend and will be coming back! The employees were also very nice and welcoming!
When this place gets a better website to order from or an app I'll start going there again. Pizza is good but not worth the pain of ordering.... specifically the payment portion.
The pizza was amazing, one star taken off because apparently the manager (who wasn’t there) told the staff to stop taking the buy one get one free coupons even though they didn’t expire until 12/30/21. Seems like something the manager decided to try to increase her per person average and look good to corporate. Instead it’s just a rude way to treat customers. The staff member that did do the coupon for us was a younger brown haired girl and could not have been nicer and deserves to be paid more than her manager.
Extremely disappointed. Had placed an order for pickup here, and it got ready almost 20 min after the scheduled pickup time. I went into the store when it was said to be ready, and despite being the only one with a ready pickup order, I was made to stand in a queue. The whole point of a pickup order was to avoid these queues. The pizza was cold so I had to reheat it, the sauce had hardly any taste despite reheating, and the crust had a burnt texture. At one point of time I actually thought I was COVID positive because of the utter lack of taste. Terrible service, terrible pizza. Will never eat/order from here again.
Menu is confusing as to what comes where on the pizza. Play it safe and just start from the crust and pick everything from there. The descriptions if the signature pizzas is never clear as to what the base is. I thought an aioli was used as a drizzle topping, but no it was the base and seemed to be just mayo and garlic. I should've asked.
Opted for the spicy pizza. Delicious! And the Tequila Paloma pairs great with it! Everyone in the team at this location is dynamite! They all deserve a raise in pay.
