A little bar/restaurant that is kind of hard to notice, but a lot of fun! The beer selection was very surprising as well. They also hav som good pairing recommendations for the beers they have on tap and the food they are serving.

Decided to try Graydon's Crossing after spotting it while driving in the 1200 block of Plainfield. Dropped the less-ambulatory member off near the door and went looking for a parking space ... and looking ... and looking. Found one after 10 minutes. Walked past a would-be rap artist to enter. Found spouse seated near the door. Place was packed & people were lining up at the door. Good pub atmosphere. Water was already at our table. Drinks order taken and delivered within first 20 minutes. We declined to access the menu & order using our cell phones. Graydon's Crossing does a balancing act between being a pub with many beer selections, a high-end restaurant and an eatery catering to vegetarian/vegan/gluten-intolerant/lactose intolerant diners. Took another 10 minutes or so for the server to return and take food orders: Vegetarian ordered vegetarian hash. Foodie ordered soup du jour (I forget what) and naan. Then it seemed a long time to get our food. We think that's partly because there weren't enough servers, partly because the food is cooked upstairs and partly because the owner, who was helping with the serving, had to eject the aspiring rap artist no less than five times during our visit. (Somewhere, old-time door-to-door life insurance agents undoubtedly cheered the aspiring rap artist's persistence.) Foodie says soup du jour was very good, as was the naan. Vegetarian says the hash was very good but very exotic to someone used to subsisting on cheese sandwiches. We're out-of-towners, but we're looking forward to a return visit.

I see all these wonderful reviews and am disappointed ours was not one of them. There were 3 adults and 3 toddlers (3 and under) We were seated quickly, got menus and water and then waited, and waited and waited to place our order. I finally had to find the server and she was clearing tables. We placed our order of 2 kid's chicken fingers, and one kid's grill cheese, a fish sandwich, chicken sandwich and a spring salad and a shrimp dish. Simply, the fish and shrimp were great, salad was ok but it had the entire top of the squash on the plate (??) and grill cheese was ok but the chicken was AWFUL. It was chicken rocks delivered to our table. Two 3 y.o. boys couldn't even bite into it and I tried to pull off the coating and eat the chicken in the sandwich, nope, So maybe the kid's chicken may be good for older kids but not for toddlers, maybe warn them to get something else. The adults have been either cooks or servers or both so we weren't being picky. Just disappointed. :(

Amazing dinner. Even being upstairs in the smaller area. Amazing food and community. The best fish and chips I’ve had for the price.

Graydons has some of the best fish and chips in the city, without a doubt. Perfectly cooked, not too breaded or fresh, and their fries and aioli are fantastic. I have yet to have anything I've been disappointed in. Great brunch and the patio is really nice in the warmer months. Awesome drink specials during the week. Parking can be a bit tight and they're no longer a soccer bar (if that matters to you) but 10/10 recommend!

Graydon's is one of the best places for brunch or if you want to just grab drinks. The food is great and their cocktails are creative and tasty. The staff is friendly and attentive and they make sure you feel welcome on each visit. I highly recommend Graydon's to anyone looking for great pub food and a great atmosphere.

Good selection of spirits and tap beers. Bartender was great. I didn't eat this trip to Graydon's but there were some others in for lunch dining and I saw numerous people picking up take-out orders.

Went to Graydon's Crossing with my boyfriend this Valentine's Day, and we had an excellent time! We are both vegan, so it can be hard to find nice date spots but now we have a perfect go-to spot. This place is very aesthetically pleasing, a nice upscale pub with incredibly knowledgeable waitresses and super talented chefs. We ordered the veganized Asparagus Mushroom Diane for our appetizer, which was delicious and my favorite. We also shared the Vegan BLT (It was not called that but that's what it was). It was perfect. Literally. Crispy tofu bacon, yummy vegan spicy mayo. Also tried the Vegetarian Hash with the fingerling potatoes and vegan chorizo. Let's just say it's worth the price! It's also a good portion size! We had drinks too, mimosas. Ended up digging deep on the tip because we were just stunned by everything. This is definitely the best vegan food I've found so far in Grand Rapids!

THE ONION RINGS LITERALLY COOKED BY A LAZY PERSON. LOOK AT THE SIZE AND BATTER. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PURCHASE. THEY ALSO THREW MY FOOD WHILE I WAS SITTING WAITING AT THE BAR. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMAND

Great menu and delicious food! Menu is full of possible vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and dairy free options. We ordered 4 different meals off the brunch menu and everyone was happy with their meal. Highly recommend the Vegetarian Naanwich and Vegetarian Hash.
