Working 3rd shift, and had no food for work, I searched & searched for food and Gino’s was the only one open at 1 am, placed an order, he called me when he was close, but it took longer than he said, I called to see if he was still coming, said he was having car issues, but he still showed up, still delivered the pizza, you could hear the frustration in his voice, when I handed him a 6$ tip, he said “no way I can take that, you waited too long” I said atleast take something he said no, I could smell the car problems if that tells you anything, me in that position woulda just went home, but he doesn’t let his customers down, he’s dedicated, has been for I believe he said 40 years, that man was the owner, showed up at 2:30 and still delivered the pizza, could care less that it wasn’t hot hot, just thankful there’s people like this guy out there still, dedicated, didn’t get his name, and feel bad I didn’t force the 6$ tip in his pocket, but I’m sure I’ll see him again after tonight’s first time buying from them!! 5 stars Brotha? keep ya head up!
best pizza in GR! staff is always so friendly as well, highly recommend checking it out.
Good service. Driver is cool. The crust is a perfect level of crispy, and I really like the sauce. Good crust and sauce, they don't skimp on the toppings, just a great pizza
We were having beers at a bring your own food brewery. Gino’s was close and had the best reviews. There was a reason why the they have a 4.6 rating . The pizza and cheese bread sticks were amazing . And a great price.
I love their pizza. But what makes the best is that the staff are always nice and polite. That is really appreciated. Sometimes you don’t get that with other places never have I had bad service with them.Thank you!!
This is the first time we ordered from Gino’s and the pizza was excellent! The staff was very friendly too! We will definitely be ordering again!
No need to check the time because at Gino's it's pizza time all the time.Best gf pizza in GR. Sauce is not something I was used to from pizza joints. Gino's gets it right. Will be coming back next time I'm in the city.
Best pizza in town and it’s family owned, Jenny and Pete are two of the nicest people around. This place has stood the test of time and the taste of the pizza is why!
The service was very friendly! Unfortunately, the pizza wasn’t very good. It didn’t have much flavor in terms of spices, the cheese had a rubber-like texture, and the ratio of cheese, sauce, and toppings was uneven. I hate to give a local business a bad review, but I won’t be back, unfortunately.
I love this place. The perfect mom and pop pizza place. The pizza is good. The sauce is also good.
