Went To this place close to closing time. Separately the two girls helped us since we talk to them coming in. Came back to get pastries on the way out and talk to the other one. Very nice girls ,very helpful. The items we purchased were delicious we recommend them

Chef Gaby & team are so passionate and thorough in their work - and the delicious treats they produce are top notch.Chef Gaby went out of his way to make a custom cheesecake for me that was spectacular! Great products and service.
The best pastry I have ever had was a raspberry tart in Paris in 2003. (Yes. It was that good.) Today at Gaby’s I had a strawberry almond tart topped with passion fruit that easily rivaled it. It was the perfect flavor and texture. I also took a Paris Brest home that was every bit as good, and am kind of sad that I had to share it with my family. The owner was very kind to me and my toddler. Such a lovely experience!
I can’t say enough great things about this place! If you haven’t tried it yet, you need to. The quality is beyond what I ever thought I’d see in Grand Rapids and we are blessed to have a place like Gabys in our city. Their Quiche ?! Some of the best I’ve ever had! I love their pistachio creme puffs and macarons too! I have yet to have anything I didn’t love their. I just wish they had a wider selection of macarons! The ones I have tried are the best I’ve found in the city and I would love to be able to go there for a variety of flavors at a time. Keep up the great work!!
I'm always on the hunt for the best chocolate cookie and pastry chef Gaby is currently the top. I don't think any place this his cookie at the moment in my opinion. Friendly chef and staff. Will definitely come back again. Really authentic!
Being French, I'm always looking for authentic French pastries and food. Gaby's Gourmandise bring me back home at each visit. The Paris-Brest and the Palet Breton are definitely my favorites. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Super thrilled to have Gaby's Gourmandise in GR
Passionate staff, delicious products !!Chocolate chip cookie , blueberry Madeline & coffee flavored item were absolutely wonderful.I like how the chef uses Michigan grown ingredients in his offerings.
The pastries are delicious. Authentic french pastries. The almond butter hazelnut cream pastry was amazing. I haven't had a french pastry that satisfying and well balanced in flavor since I was in Montreal. Also, the cream puffs are great too. Check this place out! It won't disappoint.
