I was disappointed with my online order. I asked for dressing on the side for my satay bowl; it was mixed in. I ordered avocado as an extra; it was not added. There was a scant amount of rice noodles. I basically paid a lot of money for a bowl of raw vegetables.
May I please have jalapeño on my $15 burrito? That costs extra...OK bye-bye. I now see why nobody goes to Freshii.
The bowls looked great at first.Then we mixed and tasted... ?My bowl tasted like chemicals... every bite I ate tasted like it had soap on it. My boyfriend's bowl was mediocre but more of a soup. This was our first time trying and it will be our last. No thank you to wasting $30.

I really like this place the 2 times I've tried it. However every time we try to order on Uber eats, 20 minutes later our order gets canceled with no explanation. Its extremely inconvenient and irritating.
Staff was very friendly/food was good. I was greeted, but they had to run to the back before they took my order. They were sure apologetic though. The only complaint I can come up with is that they didn’t cut my wrap in half. No big deal!
The food here is genuinely SO FRESH!! I hadn’t been to Freshii in a while but today I got to go back and try the “Oaxaca Bowl” and it was C.R.A.Z.Y Fresh!!! The staff here is so kind and will answer any questions you have about the food options. All of the vegetables were crisp and the avocado was perfectly ripe. Totally coming back here for the vibes, healthy drink selections and darn near perfect food!
Big healthy Oaxaca bowl with steak, full of flavour and healthy ingredients. Good value for the quality and quantity. Fast service.
Ordered on DoorDash this evening. Everything with the order was perfect! That bowl- oaxaca, was soooo good. I honestly wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it was ?♀️ so that was a very awesome surprise. The strawberry banana smoothie was also on point.
