I'll admit that I've only had their burgers and fries so I can't speak about their other menu items, but they have my LEAST favorite burgers and fries!!! As much as I despise McDonald's, I'd choose their food over Freddy's any day of the week. Their fries remind me of the container of "fries" that you get off of the shelf at a grocery store. They're EXTREMELY thin and crispy. Don't get me wrong, I love crispy fries. I just prefer that my fries be wider than a coffee stirrer, and actually have contents on the inside, not simply air. Their burgers have always been very greasy, and the patties couldn't possibly be smashed any thinner. While I'm guessing that some people like stringy fried bits hanging on the edges of their patties, I personally find it repulsive. If I had it my way I'd never have another burger or fries from here. Unfortunately I don't always get to pick where someone goes when bringing lunch to my home.
I tried to place an order online while sitting at an inside table, however, I could not order..... I could not even find the location I was at. A location that has been there for a number of years and was previously listed as my nearest location. When I questioned the Manager, I was told; "their app is being UPDATED". When I asked, I was told that "their app has been undergoing the update for 5 months and had no idea when it would once again be functional".This location might as well close their doors!! Frankly, Freddy's might as well close their doors!I will NOT be back!!
Nothing to write home about. Burger and fries were cold. Cup of cheese was also very cold. Missing items on my burger. Would have asked for my correct order but doors to the lobby were locked at 9:15 pm but there were still customers finishing up their meal on the inside. At the window, heard one of the girls working say that the people still dining inside could get the f*** out and she didn’t care if they wanted a Pepsi. Glad we tried it at least once so we know not to return.
Ok for fast food I guess, the hamburger for the burgers was like paper. I don't think there double burger had as much hamburger as a single one does. I don't do fast food except for when I'm with my daughter and granddaughter but I don't think I'd go back here.
Wouldn't return to this location, out of most soda flavors, cheese curds were soggy, and why ask if I want any sauces if you don't give them to me? I'd say any other location has better service.
One of the best places I know to eat, and it's the best place to eat on Alpine, little pricey compared to your fast food but so much more worth it!
Gotten food reasonably quick. Not sure if I gotten the wrong spicy chicken sandwich but the sandwich wasn't spicy. Fries were pretty good. It's a good experience.
Really nice staff and always yummy food and custard. Big portions, in my opinion, for a fair price. Everything is fresh made. Basically a much much much better Steak and Shake ❤️

I only got a burger but it was great. I went with a friend that recommended it.
