Burger was so soggy, the bread should have bering out. I have no idea what made it like that. It had a strange taste that lingered. Couldn’t eat the fries because they were so salty. You would need a blood pressure pill to eat these. Just bad all the way around!
You can go to a fancy restaurant like Butcher's union and get a better burger with fries for the same price as you get ONLY a burger here. That's insane. Way too expensive.
I always feel like I remember liking Five Guys, but I never do. It's outrageously expensive and the food you get isn't good. Hopefully I'll remember this next time I feel like fast food.

A single patty bacon cheese burger & small fries - $16 . Outrageously expensive.Yes, the burger is made to order and delicious even when cooked by college kids.Fries are soggy and definitely not the quality for > $4 .Bacon is no good.Strong smell of the oil fryer will not sit well after sometime.Every table in the store was used and nobody cleaned them until I told the staff and was cleaned after sometime. Understand the staff shortage.Overall, I would go to a local gourmet burger place than this one for the $$ , Adios !!
Ate here 2/17/22. Place was filthy. $23 for a burger, fries, and a drink. Fries were limp and greasy, burger was ok but also super greasy. They did get the order right so I'll give them that, contrary to my past experience at a different location and many of the reviews here. It took about 25 minutes to get our food. There were probably 10 people in the kitchen and most of them were just standing around not doing anything. WAY too expensive for what you get. I can go have a sit down meal at a restaurant with wait staff and get much higher quality food for less money. Even Wendy's is half the cost and their fries are better. I'll never be back here, especially when there are so many other good places around that cost half the price for a meal at lunch (Uccello's isn't far away). There was a sign on the door saying they were hiring for $20/hr... doesn't seem like that's going to work out long term.
I'm not sure where to start. Service was good and food as expected for a semi fast food burger and fries. I haven't had Five Guys in over a decade. One bathroom was out of service. Neither drink machine had ice (both were broken, not just out) and not all drink options were available between both machines. It blows my mind to see articles still on the walls talking about how cheap it is to eat there (burgers starting at $3.79...best $5 burger...etc.) when it's more expensive than sitting down at Red Robin (my bacon double burger was $13.49). And, a large fry that used to almost fill the bag barely overflowed the cup at $7.49 (which costs almost more than 20lbs of Idaho's finest raw potatoes). I'm still in shock.
What a waste of money after a long day of work. Raw meat super disappointed. This is the 4th time this happens with me and im fed up. Not coming here again.
Ordered for my family of 5 b/c my kids love this restaurant. The entire order was messed up & cold, so we sent it back. The next order was cold & 2 of the burgers were wrong.
I was just at the 5 guys on 28th street and order 4 patties, so two double burgers with everything and a large fries.I reviewed two single burgers with large fries, the person that put the burgers together and into the bag was tha manger.I have called 10 times, back to back and no one answers.
