Very fast service, but negligent after served. My husband ordered Mongolian beef and I ordered Mongolian pork. Huge servings, but there was hardly any meat in either dish!! It was all onions and small chunks of sugar and broth…that the waitress spilled on table. Won’t go there next time I crave Chinese food! Used to be really good…not anymore!
I used to eat here all the time, and while it's one of the most expensive in town, the entree quality has always been equivalent. I don't live close anymore, happened to be in the area and ordered take out. The beef and broccoli was good as always, but the sesame chicken was raw, and the breading was so soft it was obvious it wasn't cooked throughly. Both my Girlfriend and I ended up with food poisoning from eating raw poultry. Of course, we called to see if we could get at least our money back, because I won't eat chicken from a place that can't properly cook chicken. The manager was very rude, and told us he'd only replace it. We told him we weren't interested in eating their chicken at the least, and probably never again at all. Now, he finally said that he'd refund us if we brought the Sesame Chicken back, but that was not going to work for us. I'm not driving 45 minutes round trip when it's getting closer to bedtime for your mistake, even for a refund. Being a reasonable, good person goes a long way in this world. Good luck with that.
Stopped here after a long night with firends, we sat down and got our menu. Started off strong and then quickly spiraled downhill. My firend ordered Beef Chow Mein and reviewed Shrimp instead. She really hates shrimp and when she advocate about her food being wrong our server immediately shut her down. We were told that she order shrimp and would not do a refund. She proceeded to ask if any of us had a seafood allergy (non of us do) she told us we had to eat it. They refused to take it back. I order the Chicken Lo-Mein and received pierces of Shimp inside of my food. After my meal I started not feeling very well and developed and upset stomach. I'm very disappointed with how my meal went, the customer service was beyond disappointing.
The most authentic place I have been in a long time! The food is 10 out of 5. Great place to dine or takeout. The food is just unbelievably good ? ?
The food was good and the prices were fair. However, we bought $60+ of takeout and were still told it would be 40 cents per hot sauce packet. I think that's a poor business practice. How much is a hot sauce packet at cost? Maybe a nickel? How about the first 5 packets of any sauce is complimentary then you start to charge. It just seems silly to charge your customers for non-homeade packet condiments.
The waitress are so rude and disrespectful to us. The way they treat to White people and us are totally different. My children were asking why they treat us differently than white customers. So change your attitude and behavior and treat fairly and equally no matter the color of skin’s differently because we paid the same price and we want to have the same treatment.Never want to come back.Don’t want to waste my money on this kind of things. I regret to bring my children to this restaurant.

Solid 2.5-3 rating. Egg roll was small and filled with nothing but cabbage and grease, no flavor no meat. Egg drop soup was again full of cabbage and tasted like a smokers ash tray. The entree had very little chicken in it but flavor was on point. For $26 for those 3 things I expected much better.
