Good subs when you get them. Do yourself a favor and call ahead. Waited about 20 minutes in the drive through line for 2 sandwiches. Need to hire more people
Delicious warm subs. The gluten free sub bread is great too. Great place to dine if you're gluten free.

Cashier seemed to be in outer space but did get our order right. Hi co-worker was plying on his phone. Older female worked was very nice and polite, great customer service. Food was ok.
Although the food is very good, I've been here about seven times now to this location. And every single time the service has been awful. The drive-through takes forever, but people are friendly. Over 25 minutes with one car in front of us. This is ridiculous. It's just a sandwich.
Polite, friendly and accommodating! We had our whole futsal team here for lunch and the employees were so great with the kids! We'll be back!
We use to love this place. Do not frequent as much. Understandably that Covid hit and times are hard but they have gone down hill. Waiting in line for nearly 15 minutes for a kids meal when nobody is in line Inside or outside. Subs was barely warm.Employee hands her food bag upright instead of flat like they use too.
Seriously this is such a bummer because firehouse used to be a favorite of mine. Now we no longer get any napkins ever! And what's up with not getting a pickle? I thought that was standard. Our subs were made so sloppy and not great. There is always a wait even when you're the only person there. I wish they would step it back up, because I used to love their subs ?
My first time here and it was absolutely horrible! Also my first time using a free deal through t-mobile app for t-mobile Tuesday. Firehouse website was a nightmare to use. I ordered several sandwiches, of which I asked for mayo on the side because I cannot eat it but my dad likes it and we were going to split the sandwiches. I also asked for the dressing on the side. Apparently asking for condiments on the side means to them that they put it on your sandwich and also give you extra; on the side. There is no option on their website to choose none. Trying to use the free sandwich deal wasn't fun because you have to add it to your order at the time of order online; but again, there's no option to do that on their website! They end up giving me another "free" sandwich when I had already told the checkout guy I ordered the hook and ladder and it was in the bag, that's what the free offer was for. When I got home and opened all 4 sandwiches, there was mayo on every one! When I called to explain to them, they not only told me they wouldn't give me my money back, they wanted me to drive all the way back out there (25 minutes) to get them remade. Needless to say my dad got a whole weekend of food and I got nothing! Will never order from this place again!!
no napkins ever! and what's up with not getting a pickle anymore I thought that was standard. My sub was piled with lettuce and not well made. If it's going to be so pricey for fast food then at least make it right.
