Walked In about 11pm at night with my daughter. Gentlemen was very nice and sincere with us ordering pizza. After placing a walk in order pizza was made quickly and I gotta say. It was the best pizza my daughter and I have had In long time..Good amount of cheese.The crust both top and bottom were evenly crisp and not over cooked or undercooked.The cheese and toppings were blended evenly and woven together in a melody.The sauce is the the bomb. Literally. Sweet and savory. The whole pizza melted in the mouth and hit the spot. From the saginaw area and no one touches your guys taste..Pehnomal Pizza..Much appreciated
Their pizza was delicious. Just a minor error of the order but they graciously refunded half of my order for the error. I was pleasantly surprised for that amount of refund. Thank you!
The pizza is just average. They don’t seem to salt their dough, so the breadsticks and pizza always lack flavor. The sauce is overly sweet too. Also the pizza is very greasy. Nice guys working there though!
Ordered the regular sub (ham, pepperoni, lettuce, cheese and mayo) added extra cheese. No lettuce was on it and I definitely didn't get the extra cheese. Rather sad... was looking forward to it. But thanks for working! Points for that.
Such a strange encounter here - new owners are awful (old ones were fantastic). I ordered online through the Faros website and somehow door dash delivered it. We got 3 of the 4 things we ordered. I called the store and explained we were missing part of the order and the guy said, "It's Friday night, we're busy. Missing food is not our fault." I apologized and said I'm only trying to determine if they gave the entire order to door dash (door dash driver said no) or if part of our order was still at the store. He responded with, "Nothing is made that is unaccounted for. I'm close to hanging up on you."I called door dash, but because the order was placed DIRECTLY WITH FAROS they couldn't do anything for me. I spoke to Faro's again and the same guy answered. I reminded him of our previous conversation and gave him the door dash update. He didn't care. "Not his problem" he told me. Then he gave me the same 800 number to call that led to door dash. A service I didn't order through.Nice work Faro's. You robbed me out of $13 on a $80+ order. I'll survive it, but if you keep this sort of service up I am not so sure about you.Update: Appreciate the reply from the owner, but if the order is placed through your website domain with no indication it runs through a 3rd party to fulfill I don't think it's fair to blame a third party. Also if you read my original post they confirmed the order was placed with your group which is why they suggested I go back a second time to your staff. Door dash ended up refunding the entire order even though they had no responsibility to do so. I will 100% use their services again. Just not yours.
Not only is this the most amazing pizza you will ever taste but the staff arr amazing. Our electric was out and we had to go to a hotel. We ordered pizza and I sent my husband to pick it up and he forgot to pay. I just came in a couple days later and the woman at the fron let me know. She didn't even charge us for the prior meal that my husband did not pay for. I felt so bad for this and offered to pay but she said forget about it because we are regular customers. I will never go anywhere else for pizza or pasta. Between the hotel and Christmas we have been strapped for cash its little things like this that let me know there are still good people out there. Also best food ever!
Great pizza but between my guy and I, we spent a half hour on hold. Business is open until 11pm and we've been calling since 8pm.
I don't know how people are leaving reviews complaining. I placed an order at 11:00 PM and this place delivered it right to my hotel room!!! Not only that but the food was great! 5 stars easy
These guys probably don't even realize they are my favorite pizza place in GR. The pizza is always prepared properly and the staff is always professional.
Love ordering from here. I usually get my food delivered but today I went in and ordered. Great people! Great food. They've been my go-to for pizza since I left Cincinnati and can't get my Larosas. Oh that sauce!!!?
