Not very happy on cinco de Mayo serviceThe mañu sai created your own tacos I am ask can I get three tacos one off each meat she said no you can only order same meat on all three tacos when the mañu said create your own tacos she was very short she not take my order she walks way mywife she was ready to order she said no now I have to taker other table on she leftVery disappointed today Cinco de Mayo I will not recommend this place Sorry
We had a disappointing experience tonight at El Burrito Loco. We waited about an hour after ordering for our food to arrive, which was a long time to keep a hungry baby content and prevent him from eating napkins. To be fair, it was a loco Saturday night but our waitress was quite impersonable and didn’t really set an expectation for how long it would take. She also hardly stopped by to check on us throughout the process (and what’s with the staff wearing headsets? Are they taking fast food orders or connecting with customers?).The food was good but unfortunately the experience was already spoiled for us at that point and we ended up just taking it all home in a takeout container in an attempt to make up for an hour of our lives lost. Recommend for takeout, not dine-in.
the restaurant was clean and the waitress was nice but the food was old dry not good at all i will never go there again . its over priced save your money and time ..

This place feels like a slice from Mexico, from the decor to the menu to the staff. The food was excellent, there was so much on the menu it was hard to decide, our whole experience was great. We had a late lunch, no big crowd or wait, and the server was very attentive.
It’s ridiculously over priced for the amount and quality of food that you get. Your better off going to el granjero on bridge st. Or tacos el cuñado or tacos el caporal! I spent a lot of money and was missing a drink when I picked up my order and some of the tortillas for my tacos weren’t cooked all the way thru and the grilled jalapeños with onions that I got not one single one was spicy I also got no salsa for my tacos..I’m Hispanic so I know what good quality Mexican food is and this place is definitely not it! If you don’t really know Mexican food this place might seem pretty good to you but I fortunately know a lot better and I’m telling you it’s definitely not worth the price you pay
The El Burrito Loco Restaurant is a colorful designed and well managed Mexican Restaurant. The service was amazingly friendly and treated us superfast. We ordered, after the Greetings-Nachos for free, more of them with Guacamole, Salsa and cheese dips. Main courses were the Chimichangas. Accompanied all by enormous Magratias. The food is good, but in my understanding it is too much underseasoned. And that is coming from a bavarian stale-tongue. Close to no heat, no herbs, no smoky flavors: If the cooks find the spice rack, the food and the experience will be amazing.
Decent food, I've been back a few times. Their carnitas meal is tasty but a bit dry and it would be nice if it came with guacamole like some of their other meal plates. The chicken taquitos are good but the beef are only so-so. Haven't been to the restaurant itself, their takeout packaging is pretty good but some things have been a little soggy

One of my new favorite Mexican restaurants. The rice is the best, I love their salsa. Every entree I've had has been tasty, and definitely will continue to come back.
