The food was good and the drinks were great! I had the carnitas tacos and my husband had the steak over rice with sauce. I didn't like the rice but the beans were good. The main seating area is crowded and loud. I had a hard time enjoying my meal with all the conversations going on. ? The service was excellent. The staff was kind. It was our first time here.
I've been wanting authentic Mexican for a while but haven't found a restaurant that was authentic enough. I seen this place and decided to try it for my birthday Cinco de mayo ?? their chips and salsa are amazing the Salsa is so fresh and definitely homemade. Loved the flavor. The tamal was amazing I was hoping for the chicken they only had pork unfortunately but it was so flavorful and moist hate that word but it was. Definitely one of the best I've had in a long time. The taco was really good too. I also had a tostada which I didn't get a chance to try. I was so full. My dad loved his food as well and so did my sister. My sister got the fajitas. The whole bill came to about 55 which isn't bad for all the food we got. They also gave me a beaded necklace with a Sombrero and a little Sombrero Keychain for my birthday. The waiter was so nice. I'll definitely be back for their good food and service.
I absolutely loved the food here. Top notch to say the least. Not to mention the cooks whip that stuff up in about 5 minutes, not joking. The orange rice makes my toes crinkle. The wet burrito makes my ears wiggle. The chips and salsa makes my tastebuds juice up and clench. The service is amazing. I feel as if each and every member of the staff is apart of my family, they welcome me with open arms.
Have never had a bad meal or drink at this authentic Mexican restaurant! Local family owned and farm fresh! This is a great restaurant for Vegan, Vegetarian, or meat lovers alike. Everything is made to order, homemade/scratch cooking, and they will make it any way you want. The options are endless. I bet they have about 200 different Tequila's and you can order a Tequila flight and try different brands and types. This is a freindly restaurant sure to make you smile. Kid friendly also. We have been going since they opened and we've never been disappointed. It takes me home every time I go!
If you're looking for a Mexican restaurant I highly recommend this place. I am from Texas and I felt like I was back home. The salsa was very good, although I prefer spicy, it was still very flavorful. Our waiter provided excellent service and kept tabs on us throughout our lunch. The food was delicious and did not break the bank. The only improvements I would make is to have sweet tea on tap lol
Great food, great service. I was coming home after driving home from business meetings. It was the night of the super bowl most restaurants were closed. So glad they were open. Driven by many times never stopped in before. This restaurant will be on my favorites list.
Food & service was exceptional. We ordered z pitcher of margaritas and they let us sit and drink it afterward. No rushing.
Waitress was nice. Food seems more traditional less Americanized. The cheese in the quesadilla was very good, rich and creamy. My wife enjoyed her Shrimp Enchilada Loco, including the rice which she often skips at other Mexican Restaurants.
Excellent food! Lots of good choices.. Ample servings. Will be dining there again!
Okay, this place was better than I expected it to be. We brought the whole fam-damily (six of us) for dinner and had a good experience. My oldest girl loves HOT salsa and lengua (tongue) and my son ordered nopalitas (cactus) -- and I noticed a MARKED change in how our waiter treated us when he realized we actually appreciate Mexican food. My street tacos were delicious, and I believe every one of us enjoyed our food.Contrasted with the family behind us. (lol) Overheard from their table: "What's a burrito?" Followed by a struggle by another family member to (incorrectly) explain a burrito. Also, 5-ish year old boy tastes salsa or something, then at 120dB: "WaaaAAAHHH... TOO HOOOoooOOttttt!!!"Also, my wife and two of my three daughters were positively swooning over our waiter. I guess...if bulging biceps and 2% body fat are attractive....
