Great people very helpful great food and drinks
This place is great! They have tasty tacos ( tortillas are authentic, which is really importart for me) and beverages! Good environment. The only negative comment I have is that we had to wait around 40 minutes, the line was long, so if you want to go consider this and take your time. I do think that is worth it.
We went on Taco Tuesday and there was a 40 minute wait for a table for two, but it was worth it!! We started with guac and chips, pickled veggies, a prickly pear marg and a Paloma. The guac tasted fresh and was chunky deliciousness. The pickled veggies were unique and flavorful. The tacos were out out of this world! We had the brussel sprout, potato, El Pastor, and Barbacoa. They were so unique and flavorful. My favorite was the brussel sprout, with the smokey bacon and crisp of the corn!! Can't wait to go back!!
Ordered through grubhub because I couldn't leave work. Was my first time. Definitely won't be my last. Totally amazing food, not overspiced but totally filling. Ordered two vegetarian tacos without tortilla and they were packed so cute. Also ordered an appetizer that I am glad I did. I can see why this place has such a devoted following.
My husband and I visited last night, we were looking for a good margarita only to be charged $12 for a 4oz. (at best with ice) glass. If you're going to charge that much for a drink at least make it worth it. Salsas were mediocre, food was ok.
not authentic, not even good. Grand Rapids has much better options for tacos just venture outside of your comfort zone and not in EGR.
Fast, friendly service and yummy tacos. We were there in early April and the patio was just getting ready to open. I am sure it will be a great place to sit outside over the summer. Located in a beautiful old neighborhood, spend a bit of time driving around and admiring the old, stately homes.
Small restaurant with a real authentic Vibe. I had a burrito and the cheese dip. Both were very good. Although the burrito was a little smaller than I would have expected. They have a large selection of drinks, especially tequila, to choose from. The prickly pear margarita I had was okay but I would have liked it to be a bit sweeter.
Tacos were amazing, had the carne asada and barbacoa.
Seven of us went because this restaurant was highly recommended for itself drinks. I can say that we all agreed that the drinks were wonderful and the tacos were ok. Also our server was wonderful but I’m assuming since it was a busy day another server ended up bringing us our first round of tacos and she unfortunately did not seem to know the menu/ dishes well enough to identify what was what... which did make things quite confusing being that the meal was served family style no matter what was ordered. But our assigned to the table did due her best to remedy the situation when she was made aware!
