Order my pizza at 8:12 it’s 9:40 and it’s still not delivered.. called they told me 30 minutes asked for a discount for the wait they said know . I hate how domino's goes thru call center now to order they don’t give you a realistic time ! Manger was very on professional I know it’s not all his fault but no respect at all ..
Incredibly impressive! I have ordered many times from dominos and it has never disappointed. Freaky fast delivery. The one time I got the wrong pizza, they had a new one out to me in under 20 minutes. Great place!
We order from here weekly. It never disappoints. Try the Alfredo sauce and add some extra. Anything you build will be incredible. Quick, convening, cheap and delicious.
Typical Domino's. Food is prepared on time, order is complete and hot. This location (brand?) does not appear to be affected by the service industry exodus, impacting other chains.
Absolutely worst pizza I have ever had,! Was not sliced, little to no three meat topping,and no napkins or silverware! Lava cakes were smashed in one end of the box!, skip dominoes if your in Grand Rapids!!!
So I'm not sure where this "meatzza" came from, but I ordered a pizza with mushrooms, jalapeños and pineapple because we don't eat meat. I was wondering why a medium pizza with 3 non-meat toppings costed $20... what was going to be a good dinner, is now in the trash because it's LOADED in meat!!! Very.. frustrating!!!
Their Pizza is fine but when we called to order takeout we were greeted with perhaps the most unprompted and rudest customer service experience we've received.
If I could give this pizza a 10 I would! This is the best pizza on Earth. I have tried so many pizzas lately and just didn't like them and then I saw Domino's over by my daughter's house and I thought oh my god I haven't had Domino's in a long time and I got myself a small pepperoni pizza and oh my goodness did I regret not going there before it has been a long time because I moved up North and they didn't have a Dominoes. I'll tell you what, I won't go anywhere else ever again. Domino's is the pizza!
Pizza, philly steak & cheese and plain wings were amazing. Customer service was on point and employees where all friendly. Will definitely return.
Our pizza arrived cold, we had ordered through the app and posted a complaint that way. We were offer a 20% discount off our next meal. As a family we are not into cold pizza even with a discount.
