Disappointing. Ordered 2 blizzards and they were soupy. They weren’t served flipped upside down and up and that’s why. They don’t take DQ coupons either, fyi. One star for quick service when they were busy.
Place doesn't have much parking and in a weird spot. Ice cream was good.

Terribly rude to their customers. Got two blizzards, they didn’t make the one as chocolate even though I heard the words come out of my girlfriends mouth. (Accidents happen no biggie) Anyways super quick service, but as I walk back to say it’s not chocolate the woman was completely rude. I then hear them (I assumed owners due to age) talk about how I was lying and it wasn’t put in as chocolate. Trust me I’m not that worried about ice cream to the point where i’d lie. He then tells me to throw away the old ice cream and as I go to he yells at me to throw it away because I can’t keep it. Once again I am not trying to get a free blizzard I had the money. Anyways, I would suggest not talking about customers to the point they can hear you. It was humiliating standing there being as nice as I could. I even offered to pay for a new one or just keep the old one. Honestly worst customer service i’ve ever had.
I stopped by the Walker Street Dairy Queen to get my first treat of the year – 2022!!My favorite! A butterscotch Dilly Bar! When I was in high school, my friend and I couldn’t wait to go to opening day of Dairy Queen!????

GPS had us go all around these annoying blocks and then when we finally got there it was closed and I'm guessing they're closed for the season because it's 2:14 in the afternoon on a friday ?

Came in and was very welcomed. I had a young man greet me named Andrew. He was very nice. Talked to my two sons like a natural, and got them their ice cream. Very fast service. Would come again.
Food is good. Staff needs some serious customer service training. Very rude
