Everytime I go to Culver's (so far no matter the location) I have always had a good experience.Today was no exception. I ordered their Big Wisconsin Cheese Pub Burger which they just brought back and it was excellent. The food was hot and fresh and customer service was good.My wife ordered the Reuben and loved it, and my children both had kids meals with grilled cheese. Their food also came out hot and fresh. The other good thing about getting a kids meal is they get a free scoop of frozen custard, which in my opinion, is better than traditional ice cream.We will be back.
I'm from Texas and never thought that I'd ever prefer any burger place over Whataburger. Culver's proved me wrong!!! As far as I'm concerned they have the BEST burgers in town!!! While I'm generally not a crinkle cut fry person, Culver's has changed my opinion on that, too. Their burgers are made to order. I've always recieved a piping hot burger and fries. Their sweet potato fries are amazing!!! I wish that they didn't charge more for them though. I've had their milk shakes, frozen custard, and sundaes. I've yet to be disappointed!! I highly recommend Culver's!!! Any. Day. Of. The. Week.
I wasn't really impressed because my food wasn't piping hot like my usual experience going to Culver's. The staff was nice, the store was clean, but my food wasn't the best!
Super fast service. They were prepared for extra fish orders being a Friday during lent. Fish was excellent. First time to a Culver's since they reopened the dining room and it seems like they are pretty much running things the way it has always been run. Plenty of staff which is a rarity these days.
After waiting for 15-20 minutes and watching several people behind us in the drive thru be given their food, we parked and I went inside to get our food that I had paid for. I was treated to service that was confused, rude, and disorganized with the cashier Gloria being particularly rude, passive-aggressive and unhelpful. When the staff realized they had messed, everyone was suddenly all smiles. Eventually got my food, but the chicken was dry (it's normally really good). An experience to remember, as I'll make the extra 5 minute drive to the Culvers near Ada for some decent and friendly service.
The food was made correctly. It didn't take long for them to get it out to the car. But the actual hamburger patty was dry, it wasn't tough to chew so it wasn't over cooked. There was no butter on my butter burger. The cheese curds were little bites of happiness. Lol ? The cheese curds and service saved them from getting a 1 star rating.
I usually am very happy with the food at Culver's, last night ordered the cod sandwich meal(drive thru)and the cod sandwich was terrible. It was mushy, two bites and threw the rest in the garbage.
Hits the spot when looking for a quick burger. Way better than its competitors. Don't forget the shakes.
Food was hot and fresh. Very pleased with the experience. Uncharging can add up quick tho.
Great fast service. Food is close to perfect ever time. Any problems they will fix it quickly. Great quality for fast food.
