2nd time visiting this location and the service was horrible. Took over 18 min to get our food in dining room (very few people in dine-in), staff very unfriendly. When I went back up to get ice cream, stood there for 5 min and not a single employee acknowledged. I don't know where the cashier was but not a employee stated "someone will be right with you". Culvers is our favorite, but we won't be visiting this location again.

Service was fast as always. Never had a problem with this location until recently. Food is always cold & fries not done. I would not recommend. My burger was bright red in the inside. The “general manager” offered to send me a coupon in the mail when I called & complained instead of my money back when I still had the burger!
Last time eating here. 3 rd time shorted on my order. Something always missing in the bag. Ordered 2 chilies and cheese curds. Curds not in bag. Just two chilies and two forks. Not spoons. Forks. How hard is it to get an order correctly.
Extremely slow. I was only person to place order. One person waiting for food. I was ignored for five minutes. Food took very very long to get. My order was chicken tenders. Pop machine area and ketchup area was filthy dirty. Most tables were dirty and only two tables were occupied. Used to go there all the time. No intentions of ever going to that location again.
We ordered a fish sandwich, a large cheese curds, and two concrete mixers, both strawberry and vanilla. It took over half an hour to get our food, even though customers after us got their food before us. The ice cream we had ordered was melted by the time we got it. This was a walk-in customer event.
A group of 3 - 5 of us eat at Culver's regularly. Our food is always hot, tasty, cooked to our taste. The fries and onion rings are hot and crispy tender. We love it
My review is based on the location on East Beltline in GR. (My family frequents other Culver’s often.)This location has been going down for years. The food is very inconsistent. The staff is not consistent & very often feels like the customer is a nuisance. The bathroom is disgusting & has a horrid smell. It also takes a long time getting good out, especially ice cream after the meal. This location is in desperate need of an update inside the restaurant & a deep clean.
I seriously LOVE this Culver’s! I frequent this particular location often as I live right down the street. They are always very, very busy and I wish I had the authority to give all of these workers raises. Seriously. Every time I’ve been there since COVID I have witnessed absolutely TERRIBLE customers being SO RUDE! Just today, some guy helped himself into the kitchen through the employee only door then acted like a jerk when he was told nicely that he was not authorized to be in the kitchen. If you go here to eat, please be prepared to wait. It is so busy and everything is made to order with their giant menu they have. The food that they put out is always 10/10! Fries are perfectly cooked and salted and burgers have that perfect delicious crispy edge to them! Keep up the good work Culver’s. Don’t let let the Karens get to you! (:
Food was very good. The one thing I don't like is drive thru if you don't ask for ketchup on your burger you don't get it even though it's a deluxe. Other then that everything else was good.
