Came here on 06/12/22 just to get ignored standing in the pick up line. One of the workers (a girl) made eye contact with me, looked away and ignored me. This isn’t the first time I get this treatment while visiting here. Need to hire friendly and attentive workers please and also teach them about diversity customers. I will not be visiting this location again.

You can go wrong with Coldstone. Because of their popularity and location, they are a bit pricey compared to others, but the ice cream base is so smooth that it doesn't matter if you get a scoop, folded in add-ins or a shake, they all taste great.It is fun to sample the flavors when you visit, but please don't be rude about it and take too much time if there is a line of people behind you. Otherwise.. find you a new favorite every trip!
Amazing customer service. It was my first time at a cold stone and the employee there was so kind and patient while I decided what I wanted. He even helped answer any questions I had.Loved the ice cream itself and their special flavors all sounded so good. I ended up landing on the chocolate devotion. The mix-ins were mixed in so well I had one in every bite.I wasn't upset about the pricing either. With how amazing the ice cream was paying roughly $6 for a small was worth it!10\10 would recommend, and I am definitely stopping in the next chance I get.
This was my first time in a cold stone and I think I’m in love. The staff were super nice and friendly, and the ice cream is superb. I got the peanut butter dough-light and I couldn’t be happier! The ice cream is creamy, smooth and consistent. The add ones are priced perfectly so every bite is a taste of heaven. On top of all this, it was reasonably priced, especially for how good this ice cream is. I will absolutely be back!
Good stuff! We stopped here intentionally as part of our Grand Rapids area Spring Break trip and the huge portions of delicious ice cream, nuts, toppings didn't disappoint. Would definitely go back

This place has some of the most awesome ice cream around. I love the Chocolate Devotion.... my favorite. The staff are awesome and friendly. Always smiling... and we all could use this kind if attitude in the world more.
