This place is filthy. My friend’s 7 year old son described it best when he said, “Clean Juice? More like Dirty Juice!”
Wife got a salad there and hated it. Had to listen about how bad it was for the next hour. Go to bliss and vinegar if you want a salad.
I walked into Clean Juice a few minutes ago and was greeted properly by the young lady at the register. However, the customer who came in after me & ordered after me received his smoothie first. We both order smoothies. When I questioned had he gotten my order by mistake, I was told “no” and that my smoothie took longer to make. While the problem with that is that they hadn’t even started my smoothie until after the the customer who came in after me left! I was going to just let it slide until the young lady who made my smoothie (not the same lady who took my order) had poor customer service etiquette! She slid by smoothie onto the counter not even making eye contact and walked away! Didn’t apologize for not making my smoothie first, didn’t say thank you! Even after I said, “thank you” to her, her response was, “yeah”.I usually don’t write reviews but I felt this needed a review because I frequent this establishment often ! This was the poorest customer service!Make sure your employees are displaying great customer service! People come into your establishment expecting great food/drinks and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
I have always enjoyed visiting with their yummy juice & food. It always makes me feel like I am doing something good for myself!
Upon arriving, waited forever for my curbside order. After 15 minutes, Juicerista came out with a messy açaí bowl, dripping every where, no spoon or napkins. For a first experience, not so great.
Both times I've been to this location the staff has forgotten ingredients in my acai bowl. Today I specifically asked if the goja berries had been added to my bowl (this is a standard ingredient) and they had not. I was given a side of them to take with me only to realize once I was home that they had forgotten to add almond butter that I had paid extra for to it as well. There was also minimal fresh fruit, very sloppy presentation and the smoothie was dripping down the sides. The quality does not match the price at this location. The Wealthy St location always had excellent service, plenty of toppings and a very clean presentation. I'll be sticking to Wealthy St from now on.I do want to say that I called the store and they offered me a free bowl next time I'm in so I added an extra star for the effort.

As a plant-based chef & culinary coach, I try to seek out local companies that are aligned with my values and Clean Juice checks the list! My husband and I LOVE the one day juice cleanses so much that we just signed up for the monthly Cleanse Club. It's the only cleanse we have tried that makes us feel satiated and happy, lol! As soon as we get hungry, it's time to drink another delicious juice. We highly recommend giving them a try if you are looking for a healthy reset.
This place is a dump! Dirty filthy inside and food comes out with sticky containers because of being made with dirty hands. The worker gave my order to someone else and then was rude to me because they had to remake it.
I love the Protein Smoothies and the bowls, the service is always friendly and fast.
