This was the poorest experience I've ever had at a Chipotle. Probably the only poor experience ever, in fact. I ordered my granddaughter the kids' guacamole and myself a (keto) chicken bowl w/ double chicken. Papa ordered the chicken burrito. They didn't bother to say anything until we got to it that they were out of guacamole and they didn't offer to replace anything for the kids' meal. I was distracted by my three year-old granddaughter, told them I wanted grilled veggies and the works on toppings. When Papa brought our food to the table I thought it was a joke. I had half a bowl of toppings with a miniscule amount of chicken, Papa's burrito looked like a taco bell bean burrito and my granddaughter got a tortilla and shredded cheese in a dish. It was either really new people with no training or really uncaring long-timers - I couldn't tell. We will go to Qdoba up the street from now on.

I never do these reviews but this was seriously disgusting. I found a long brown hair in my burrito!! I was half way threw eating it when I bit into it and pulled out a long strand of hair within the rest of the burrito. SO DISGUSTING!! I immediately threw it away. Literally sick to my stomach now bc I already ate half of it. ??

The few times I’ve been to this location, I’ve always had great service! Their scoops are generous and the employees are speedy and swift! Great location!

They were out of fajita veg when we went yesterday. If we had known we would of gone somewhere else. I know they were busy but to me they should advertise if they don’t have something instead of telling us after we waited 20 min in line. Also didn’t offer to take any price off or offer free chips or something. And the person was kinda rude when we kindly asked when the veg would be ready. Def going to think twice before going to this location.

Love their food! They had a HUGE group of people (about 40 soccer players) come in ahead of us and cleaned them out of their steak which is what we usually get. So I was a little bummed but that was the first time something like this had happened, which totally wasn't Chipotle's fault! We could've waited 20 min for steak to be made but didn't want to so I chose a meatless option. ?

I've stopped into this location for lunch 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Every time, they had no fajita veggies (don't like beans so get the veggies) and claim they are short staffed and don't have anyone who can cut up the veggies. Yet each time I've gone in, I see employees with nothing to do and socializing with each other. It's frustrating. Management needs to run this store more efficiently and meet customer's expectations consistently.

This Chipotle is comically bad, of the last five visits, I'm 0/5 in getting exactly what I want (I suppose it does say something that I keep trying...)1/5: Online GrubHub order put in the night before that was rejected minutes before it was supposed to be ready because their "GrubHub computer" wasn't working.2/5: Online order put in on the spot (was going to drive over for pickup) but order was cancelled because their receipt printer was broken.3/5: Their tortilla press wasn't working so I had to get all my ingredients in a bowl and assemble the burrito at home myself.4/5: They were out of grilled veggies (not a huge deal).5/5: They were out of CHEESE (yes, you read that correctly).I mean, I love me some Chipotle, but they are so bad at running a restaurant. At least the staff is friendly (and none of the above were their fault). I just hope ownership/management gets their act together... amateur hour...

Wow. Chipotle has gone down hill. So disappointed. I used to count on them for consistency and care in their food.As I am sick, I ordered delivery. I ordered the new plant-based chorizo with beans and rice. Wish I could review the chorizo but it doesn’t seem I got any…or any beans…I’ve counted 4 pintos thus far in eating this mess.In fact, I had to mix everything up because I couldn’t see any chorizo when I opened the package. Just a lot of cheese and sour cream…salsa, yes, rice…ya (surprisingly even that seems skimped on compared to the past)…I guess I can look forward to making my own burrito bowls at home. This is the second time ordering delivery and not being satisfied with portions for the price. But this lack of care…might not come back for a while.

Ordered online basically with all toppings possible so they decided that i chose too many ingredients and gave me half of everything it was half a burrito bowl i payed full price for. Will never go there again. Worst portions of any chipotle ive ever been to. A legitimate rip off.

Walked in and I guess they had 4 minutes until they opened, manager asked me to wait outside in the snowy weather. Didn't have burrito shells, didn't have guacamole, everything was soaking wet in the bowl. Oh wait, they did have that stuff, manager said I couldn't have a burrito or guacamole because I didn't order online. $9 for a scoop of watery beans and rice, no thanks.
