App = Very fast service.I work close to this place and while the lines have always been pretty fast enough to get me back to work in time more than half the time I come here, The new "fast lane" for app orders is a complete game changer for me and I love it. I've always ordered food through the app but before you still had to join into the main line with everyone else, the only benefit was not having to order while in line and you also didn't have pay in line, but with this new fast lane, I literally spend less than 5 minutes in line no matter how busy it's been and I freakin love it. Not sure if that will change as other people adopt but man I love it.Anyways, the food has always been great and my order has only been messed up about 2 times out of the many many times I have been there and one of the time, I was called up my the manager to apologize for the mes up and was offered a complementary meal?I will stop with my story telling because we all know not a lot of people are interested, but I hope my experience helps some one out there ✌️
Last time i was here they gave me overcooked fries that were not edible my kids wouldnt eat them. This time they took my order and didn't take my name so my order was lost and I stood there and waited for food to go that was never coming. Had to get a refund because i would not want to wait to see if they could get it right after waiting that long. Its just hit or miss with these fast food outlets these days. Thank God for refunds but let's face it.. Chick-fil-A is not the same as they used to be when they were serving in the malls 20 years ago. Their prices keep going up but their quality and service is going down.
Sue was absolutely amazing! As well as every employee here. The food was delicious and came out fast with a smile. Highly recommend!! We look forward to coming back next time we're in town.
We love Chick-fil-A yet the knowledge & service at this location when we ordered 10:15am was extremely Sub Par! The associate should have know whether they are serving breakfast or switching over to lunch yet she took our lunch order. Then once we arrived to the window there was confusion from the main window associate and another high level associate of when breakfast ends and lunch begins...so my order was not ready and had to pull forward and wait another 10 minutes. Unknowledgeable, Confusion, disorganization, not managed well. Not Recommending this location.
My son and I were in the area and decided to go through the drive through. This location is always busy. Got the spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries and tried the frozen lemonade drink for the first time. The food was great, but the frozen lemonade really hit the spot. I will definitely be making that a part of my usual order from now on. If you haven't tried one before I would highly recommend it. It's like drinking a lemonade swirl with ice cream in it. Go getcha some!
Every Chick-fil-A I've been to has been a five star experience! So yummy, awesome staff, and super fast! Sure wish there was one in Mt. Pleasant, MI. I'd probably be there at least once a week.?
Not the greatest Chick-fil-a location I’ve been to. Very disappointing that they have “temporarily” discontinued the chicken salad wrap since Covid started and it’s been 2 years. When I asked why it’s been temporarily discontinued, I was told it was due to staffing shortages but it’s literally a salad in a wrap and they also have a ton of employees there. Their fries are also a hit or miss; sometimes very good, sometimes not. I live only a mile away from this location but most of the time I drive to the other locations so I can get the wrap and make sure my fries are of top quality.
