Amazing is not strong enough word. We been trying to get here for a couple months now. Worth the wait! The goat was amazing the seafood gumbo was to die for! Broccoli sensation was incredible! Serenely try the ragu! The sauce is the best and rice and beans was just too much awesome!!

I ordered the Goat Curry. The flavor was amazing! Service was also amazing! I have only two complaints: 1) the goat in my dish was attached to the bone and there wasn't much of it. I'd expect a bigger portion for the amount I paid. 2) The table I sat at was sticky. I'm not sure if this was due to cleanliness or the material the table was made of. It was a humid day outside, to be fair. 3.5/5

This place is incredible , the food , the atmosphere and the story ... And the woman who runs it has so much passion .. this is strait from the heart to the table and nothing less then authentic. We try alot of different things but this is definitely on my list to try again . Thank you so much for a great experience

Great place! Definitely worth a special trip. First heard about this place on Under the Radar. The owner makes your visit very noteworthy. Try the coffee, too!!!

Phenomenal food! It's done slow but the taste is huge. I'm currently enjoying a Haitian coffee and chicken creole at spice level 2 - I love spice, and this is hot enough even for me. Flavorful as all get out, with tender juicy chicken.Owner is chill and vibe is airy and unique. Food takes a bit to cook so don't come if you're in a rush. Always happy to support a black, woman owned, local business and this has easily become a new fave spot for me. Hey here!

Great service and the Jerk chicken at a 3 spice level was very delish!

Where to begin with this place. Not only is the building one of a kind and so unique but Olga herself is the heart and soul of the place. I have never been taken care of at a restaurant the way she took care of us. She treated us like family, laughed with us, guided us in what to order, and even helped us choose the spice level she thought we would want. Guess what her suggestions were correct. Every single thing on the menu we ordered was amazing, there was not a single thing we didn't enjoy. When Olga says spicy, she means spicy and you should take her advice when ordering. I honestly can not wait to return to this restaurant. Not only is it a great place for lunch, and dinner but also a good hang out spot when they are not busy.Olga thank you for every thing you do, I can't wait to come back and see you. You definitely made my first experience at your restaurant unforgettable!! ❤❤

Always a unique, tasty experience! Tried the curry chicken and papaya mango drink.

The food was phenomenal. We tried the fired plantains, they are great and so was the slaw that came with it (though the slaw was very spicy for my Midwestern taste). I got the jerk Chicken (at spicy level 3) and my wife got chicken curry (at spicy level 3). We both loved our meals, the chicken was very tender and flavorful. The spiciness at 3 was about what we both wanted, it seemed appropriate. (You don't get carribean food and then want it bland.) The creole Cheesecake was also very good. The service was incredible and the atmosphere was very welcoming and had a lot of natural light. All around we had a great lunch.

It was my first time having Caribbean food (sadly I missed out for too long) and I was so pleasantly surprised. Vegetarians, you must absolutely, actually even if you're not vegetarian, head on over and get the tofu gumbo and tofu creole dishes... they cook it so perfectly that the tofu is saturated and melts in your mouth in no way that I have ever had before. Y'all deserve all the hype.
