Happened on this place by chance while map searching for my next lunch break spot! Glad I found it. Cute Kurdish cafe with healthy and tasty food options, quick service and friendly staff. The interior is gorgeous and they also have a patio for happy coffee conversations.
Very nice little space, weather was great so we sat outside and enjoyed a nice cup of coffee. Friendly barista, good tasting coffee.

Disappointed. I really wanted to like this place. But...we asked for two pieces of "pound cake?" (right there on the bar) a coffee and a hot chocolate. It took ten minutes, at which point, they told us we had to take it outside because they were closing! Turns out, they put fruit on the coffee cake: they never told us that. So, here we are with two fancy desserts being told to go outside. There is no notice of closing time. They never mentioned it. They basically didn't care, or their English was not good enough to handle the job. The hot chocolate wasn't really hot. It cost us $ 20. They charged us 15 % gratuity.

We loved our food! I ordered the Green Falafel ($10.95). It is so tasty. My child ordered the feta omelet ($10.95) and loved it.
Their food is fantastic and their staff is friendly. However, I have had mixed experiences with the Downtown Market location and have ordered there several times since their opening. I understand employees are handling new orders and busy, but even a simple acknowledgement of a customer waiting at a register to order food can go a long way. One time I gave up after 10 minutes waiting while employees walked past me several times in and out of the kitchen like I didn't exist. My last experience here was good, though.
