We bought take out and the food was questionable as to its safety. The celery was slimy and brown on the ends which of course made me concerned about the freshness of the wings. I thought maybe the wedges would be safe but they were like shoe leather. They honestly had to be more than a day or two old. Every item we ordered was absolutely disgusting. Yuck
Typical Bdubs, one of the better ones in the area though. Disappointing how the bonless wings are barely coated in sauce anymore, the carrots are less expensive baby carrots, and you get charged for everything now, simple side of this? Charge.
Dined in. Waited nearly an hour for our food (apparently it was put in as a to go order and had been sitting out for 40+ minutes in a to go container). Then on top of that, we were given plastic utensils because there were no clean utensils. The food was really good though, the other parts were disappointing.
This location is a nightmare right now. I was surprised at how much of our order they got wrong. You can see they're undestaffed and everyone seems frustrated. I can appreciate the struggle but I'd rather spend my money on food I can actually eat.
2nd time in a row order incomplete. Should have thought to check the order this time before leaving. I had plenty of time as 2 of the 3 people in front of me had incomplete orders they we dealing with and one cancelled order and left. I was only missing celery this time. Service here is struggling
I've rated 6 or 7 Buffalo wold wings. It's usually terrible customer service, and the food is slow coming out. This one was different. Both times I've been attended quickly, and they were great. The food came at a reasonable speed as well.
Very disappointed in this location's food (Celebration Cinema) as I have ordered from downtown and it was great. The French fries were terrible - tasted old, no seasoning and they were cold ..I sent them back. The boneless wings were dry, even with the sauce. The highlight was our waitress! She was friendly and prompt.
Decent food. We went on a Saturday night and expected a wait, checked in and was told 30 minutes. We decided to wait in the car for the text which never came, headed back in after about 35 minutes and were seated without a wait or acknowledgement that we had been waiting already. Restraunt was also freezing inside. Spent $50 on 15 boneless wings, tots, fried pickles and two drinks.
