Horrible food horrible service I had a roach under my table if there is one then there is many more. I have enough pictures of it and nothing has been done about it. I can just imagine the cooks in the back
Here's the thing my people, I was a little grumpy right off the bat. It's March madness, I'm gong on my lunch to get a little basketball in. This isn't somewhere I normally hit for lunch, but I looked online and they had a decent lunch special. Plus, I know they have diet mountain dew. A real draw for me.I get there and order my beverage.Only to have the waiter come back and tell me that they have gotten rid of the elixir of life and replaced it with some blackberry flavored mountain dew freakish hybrid.So, grumpy.The meal takes about 10 minutes to come out, not great, not awful.The chicken wings were... underwhelming. They were a little bit bigger than a mcnugget.Good amount of fries and good service.
Ordered Door Dash to "Wild Burger" which is actually Buffalo Wild Wings. When it was delivered we received one item(chocolate cake) and not our three burgers/fries with the delivery. Door Dash said they only gave them the one bag for delivery. Called "Wild Burger" and they said it was Door dashes fault. I am completely siding with the Door Dash person on this. We have had NOTHING but problems with Buffalo Wild Wings on take out orders. They just can NEVER get it right. The whole franchise is going downhill! From bad food, messed up orders, and yes large feathers on a chicken wing at one time. Done with them.
This has to have been the WORST experience ever at BW3. I stay directly behind this location on 28th in the high rise. So that means I frequent this location a lot. I am a rewards member also. Just this Thursday I ordered the buy (10) get (10) free boneless. As shown in the picture I have (5) and (8) pieces respectively. I don't know if half of my order was forgotten or eaten? This is the 2nd consecutive "sub-par" order I have received from this location in (2) weeks.But this time was "Outrageous!" This has to be brought to the light. I decided to bring my family in for a fun night and to recreate the YouTube show Hot Ones. The sauces gave us the perfect experience to feel like the celebrities that were eating spicy chicken wings from mild to dangerously hot! Thank you for an awesome experience, Emma! You're the perfect host! We had a great time!

I don't think it was a good idea to have the free COVID testing clinic right next door to this bdubs. I can picture a lot of sick COVID people feeling hungry for some wings after testing. I'll probably won't be going to this location for a while.
Out of several beers and alcohol. Pretzel app was cold. Took a take out of 20 wings and got one tiny ramekin of Blue cheese and one tiny bag of veggies. Bill came to $68 dollars… not impressed. Waitress was nice.
I get wings here semi-regularly and I'm fairly disappointed in the food and service recently. Tonight I ordered 40 wings half honey BBQ and half medium but received the dry-rub Buffalo instead. When I got inside I was told it would be 10 minutes more. I waited 30 minutes and then asked how much longer, and go figure... my food had been waiting in the warmer the entire time. I was going to let the whole thing slide until I realized my order was completely wrong as well. I know these guys are busy and I understand, hence my willingness to forget about the 30 minutes my food waited in the warmer, but come on guys... get it together. I sincerely hope it's not like this next time I come in or I'll probably start ordering from wing doozey. Only redeeming quality tonight is that the young lady that handed me my food seemed to acknowledge the mistake even though the mistake wasn't hers to begin with and that makes a pretty big difference to me.
