So as we have gotten to the restaurant I got seated it took forever before we were greeted with our waiter we ordered and we got our food my boyfriend hadn't received the other half of his meal and then they forgot the chili on his Burger my burger was pretty dry and his looked pretty burnt!! It seemed as if our waiter was preoccupied with a table behind us because we barely had his attention.... To be honest it was pretty poor customer service from what I had expected!! They were not busy at all and I group of people sat at the door to be seated before finally walking out because nobody was paying them any attention.... I think Buffalo wild wings could have done a much better job than what was presented that day
Love BWW. but this particular location...I went in, sat at bar. It was soooo hot in there. Bartender, very. Very nice sadly explained the AC had gone out. Unfortunately I couldn't handle the heat.
Great bar service, although slow compared to other BDubs; kitchen is uncomfortably slow even on a Friday night when they are 1/2 full.
I mean what do you expect? it's Buffalo Wild wings.They have lots of Wing options, various other foods plenty of beer and some great deals.If you're walking around downtown and you're craving some wings it's a good spot, pick up is a little difficult where the shop is located. But if you're willing to walk for it it's a good meal
They serve cold food. If your food is not hot and you put in a complaint or ask for a remake, they will literally run it back and Microwave the product and bring it back within a few minutes. Those are in fact food safety violations, especially during this pandemic you CANNOT take someone's food back into the kitchen let alone REHEATING it and contaminating your kitchen equipment with germs and maybe perhaps even the COVID virus that we've been trying to get rid of these past couple years?? There were also specific instructions to avoid placing certain items on the food due to allergies, however the kitchen completely ignored that. Then here comes a million excuses for the lack of quality because a simple "im sorry let me fix that for you" isnt in your vocabulary. Should look into new management and a new team ASAP. I would advise that no one go here till then. Place honestly should be shut down as it's a food safety hazard.

As a server and trainer for BDubs in Denver, I expected the same level here. I walked in around 4pm and the server and bartender seen me. 10 minutes of standing at the host stand later, I finally walked out. They never seated me and actively acted like I wasn't there. I was there on a Thursday, March 24th, 2022.They were totally dead and had not one table. This is beyond unacceptable, I was shocked.
My delivery time was pushed back 3 times. I asked for my own fries to have Buffalo seasoning (they had no seasoning at all). I asked for my kids fries to be unseasoned (they were heavily seasoned). I asked for mild sauce on my boneless wings (I was given a splash of sweet bbq sauce). They didn’t even coat them evenly. All my food was extremely cold, even though the restaurant is about 2 miles max from my house. I was supposed to get 2 chocolate milks for 2 kid meals, I received one. Literally a waste.
Waited for 10 minutes with my family. There were empty tables. The host gave the tables to a party that can e after us. I asked if that party had made a reservation online. He said no. I asked why they were getting seated before us he said they were there before we were. That party was not there before we were. There was a mom and child sitting in the waiting area when we got their. The host proceed to argue with me about how the other party was there first. I had 2 type one diabetic kids with me that needed to eat with their medical condition. I called to be out on hold for over 15 minutes after asking twice to speak to a manager about the way we were treated. Finally, just hanging up because customer service at this location doesn’t seem to be a priority. My family and I will be finding a new establishment to dine.
