Won't get the best deals but this places has most of what you'll need and a number of more artesianal offerings without walking miles around a large store. Great beer/wine/spirit selection in addition to fresh made sushi rolls and deli sandwiches. Definitely check it out!
It’s super annoying they no longer offer bags. They are trying to fleece us for bags that every other store offers for free. I don’t always have extra money for bags and many times when I wouldn’t stop it’s not planned and I have nothing with me. This is ridiculous. I used to go twice a week since this store has opened. Since they quite offering bags I haven’t been back. So sad.
A great mix of gourmet and off-brand for all kinds of budgets
I don't know who does the hiring here, but this may just be the best staff ever assembled. Absolutely the most pleasant people ever; consistently helpful and friendly. Might be a prototype city market for Meijers, but honestly, it should be the model for every business.
They are a great team and Rick in the veggie department goes above and beyond his department to help you and can sense when someone needs extra help and even gave me a hug because he cares..what a great human being..I hope Meijer See's this and hires more people like him at all their stores..And Rick if you see this Thank You for being you...
The staff are generally friendly with some real stars. But as with most customer service oriented occupation. There are always a couple who seem to dislike their job and prefer to do it gloomily and seem burdened when you ask for help. But as I said you see that everywhere. The food variety is nice the pricing reasonable for most items other's a little higher than say thier big brother. The management try their best but can't order in the quantities a big Meijer can. Not that many of them seem to be able to handle that anymore either. But the shelves here remain mostly stocked when you head to a big Meijer and it looks like the apocalypse started the shelve clearing shopping.Couple things I still fail to understand. One is the front entrance. It opens well after the store and closes well early. Why have if it only open half the time you are?The second is the restroom closing 30-40m before the store. I'm not the only one I've seen here in that window get a look of frustration when they finish shopping or stop in after work to grab something for dinner.
Have had multiple positive experiences shopping at this store. I believe it is a better model than the traditional Meijer Superstores and maybe less of the older employee gossip.
Great selection of craft beer, wines and groceries.
Love Bridge Street Market and all of its people. Can get everything all in one place. Awesome local selection too!
So many unique products that you can't find in other grocery stores! Love it!
