Wack! 15 minute wait ok no problem, we get taken to the bar and there's at least 7 spots open at the bar 4 tables open...in just the bar area. Another 10 till our server comes no problem another 5 or so for drinks mind you we are next to the bar. We order one cowgirl ($25) a sizzler (about $13 or so) a Norwegian Atlantic salmon ($18) everything was wrong! We ordered medium rare, they came well done, Salmon was dry. The staff was very nice and apologetic so that's why the 2 stars. They said they had a server cooking and he would surely get it right the second time around...hard pass! You're a steak house that can't cook a steak!! I'm gone. Paid for our drinks, thanked the server for the hospitality, tipped and left. I'm telling you right now...don't go here.

If I could rate a zero I would. First and last time here. Walked in and was seated waited 20 mins barely being acknowledged ,our hostess was the one who came and got my order only because she noticed that I was still waiting. She got my drink and waited 30 minutes just to have my sides to my meal come out than when I asked when my main meal was coming apparently they didn’t get that part of the order. It was not busy at all, horrible service.

Today was unfortunate. Our meals (Chicken Sizzlin Skillet and Prime Rib Steak) weren't too good. The steak tasted like it was stewed (almost like a pot roast) and the chicken dish were very sweet/ heavy of rice vinegar also. A few items where forgotten when served. When addressed to the waiter he responded w/ "Oops, I forgot it in the microwave"I would one star it but I must say the yeast rolls are delicious.

We stood waiting for the hostess for 10 minutes to even acknowledge that we were there.waited another 10 minutes before we got our drinks (ice tea & water).Waitress said she would be right back to take our order.15 minutes later she showed up.When we finally got our food. The potato skins were burnt.charred actually. My salmon was black on the outside and dry and not flakey what so ever. For our fries(side dish), we got a whopping 10 fries!.This place was NOT busy what so ever. Just a bunch of empty tables that were not cleaned off and no workers who wanted to clean them off. Will NOT be going back anytime soon. We did leave the waitress a decent tip. Was not her fault the food sucked.

Very good quality and amazing flavor. Steak portion was smaller and didn't notice too much of a difference paying more for the higher oz ones. Cooking seemed to lean on the raw-er side of the spectrum, consistent cooking though.

So me and my son ordered an 11 oz sizzler and my sister and husband ordered the 6 and 8 oz. I ordered mine medium and my son medium rare.Well mine was medium rare and his was rare. I mean ruby red purple color!Then my sister's steak being only 6 oz was the same size as me and my son's which you should have been able to see the difference being almost double in weight.My Ceasar salad was all big hard core chunks and the waiter said it was all grabbed out the same bag as everyone else and was very reluctant to want to give me a new one.Now as far as the waiter, he was garbage. He seemed so unhappy to be there and his attitude ruined my first time experience there for me as I was from the Lansing area going to the car show.The flavor of the steak was perfect and I had about maybe a ounce or two of chewed up fat left over.

Ordered food to go live 2 min away at most. Was told be ready in 45 min took 1 hr and 15 min. Got home and food wasn't even hot or warm was actually kind of cold. Not the first time this has happened either. Would think when it takes longer than the expected wait time would mean it was still being made and put together. Everything is cold

I stopped in for some lunch. Burger and fries were awesome. I was on a business trip to the area and looking forward to going back! Great service and food.

TLDR: First impressions were not great..Menus, tables, and dishes were dirty. The ceramic dishes were also chipped.Their website doesnt offer pictures for their menu items. Their hard alcohol selection is minimal. The tables are really packed in close, to the point where one would have to squeeze through every time to get to your table. No one wears masks.Drinks appeared fast after ordering. After drinks arrived we recieved a basket of butterd rolls with a ramekin of cinnamon butter. Nummy! Dinner came out about 20 minutes later. But they forgot our appetizer! We took it off our order. Our meal came out on dirty dishes, too. :( Rice came out cold with the salmon. But that 6oz steak! Wow, that was tasty! Best ordered at medium. No one came to prebus our table. Which made me kinda sad, as I was forced to continually smell the brocolli after I had finished eating. Our server took another 20 mins to bring us our server to bring our check after confirming if we're splitting the check or not.It does suck that a majority of the menu emphasizes protien with little attention to veggies (aside from brocolli and potatoes). Cool decor inside. Oh, and the entrance is in the back, by the parking lot.Total time in the restaurant was 1.25 hrs. Not including the 15 min wait to be seated.

This place always has fantastic food an fantastic service.. the wings are to die for, beer is always cold and there ribeye steak are excellent quality. Waiters are prompt and not to invasive or over-eager. You can tell management takes great care into who they hire....
