Took 20 mins to get a table which is not unusual but it took another 15 mins until I flagged down Seth!! He was not in charge of our area but he took our order and was very friendly and apologetic about what happened. He's the hero of the day!! The food was mediocre at best. If Seth hadn't comes thru we were going to walk out!! He needs a raise!!
Fantastic service from our server Alilisha! She took amazing care of us. My mom has a food allergy and Alilisha went above and beyond to make sure my mom got exactly what she wanted. Thank you!!!
The food is nicely seasoned and the food was hot. The fish was cooked the way I like it. The server Jessie was a thoughtful cheerful person. My daughter visit out of town and we both enjoyed Bob Evans I will be visiting it again.Five stars!!!!!
Service was a little slow but not a big deal to us. Our food was very good. Restaurant was clean. Didn't pre-bus our table.
The food and service are amazing. Very fresh and portions are big. We had breakfast at 3pm and will definitely be back soon.
I would rate this way lower if I could.. came here and waited about an hour to get seated which is understandable, that happens when it’s busy. However everything went down hill from there. We waited an hour and 30 minutes after ordering our food. We ordered before the table behind us and we watched them order, eat, and then get up and leave. When we got our food, my eggs weren’t cooked all the way, my home fries were cold. My uncle had egg shells in his eggs, and my cousins grapes had mold on them. It was definitely the worst Bob Evans that i’ve ever been too. The service was horrible, our waitress never came over to ask us if we wanted more to drink.

The food was good but our waitress was very absent. We were her last customers at the end of the night and we watched her stand around talking while waiting for our check. We bought souvenirs at check out and the cashier there made us bag our own purchases.
Gave a 2 because of the server. I walked in with my 3 children and mother. The sign said Seat Yourself. We went to a booth and the server kept trying to tell us where to sit. I kept telling him I want to be secluded bc my children. He kept rudely persisting, but I sat where I wanted. We ordered only our drinks, but my youngest was throwing a fit. I chose to leave, so we didn't disturb anyone with a crying baby. I told our server I apologize, but due to my son we were leaving. He sighed hard, rolled his eyes at me and said OK. I've never ate here before and really don't plan on coming back to that location due to the rudeness of him. ?
We had good food and good service at this location. We were from out of town headed to the airport and hungry. Hopefully all the stores will get up and running soon with full staff. Really like the menu and hate to see them struggling through the pandemic!
