Went two times during my yearly trip to Grand Rapids. Had Vanessa both times as our waitress and she was PHENOMENAL! She not only was kind and polite, but she was on top of our needs as her table. She brought two drinks for each of us right away, recommended food when we asked about it, and just went above and beyond to make our experience pleasurable. Will definitely be going back. Vanessa deserves a raise, a promotion or both.

This is our goto Breakfast place. I would have given them a 4th star but they don't serve waffles ?. Very clean, great service. Food is very good ?
Unfortunately everything was bland. My fiance's burger tasted like it was frozen with no seasoning, the egg was flavorless, the bacon tasted like it had been out all day. My biscuits and gravy had hardly any gravy. Also bland. The mash potatoes was okay that my baby had because of the gravy. And had to pay full price. Luckily it wasn't horribly much at least. Probably won't be going back to a Bob Evans again.
It was a 25-30 minute wait. Shayla our waitress was amazing. She was very hospitable and friendly. Our food came out right away and she timed our to go order perfectly
A shout-out to Rose at the 28th St. store. I've been ordering carry-out since the pandemic made dine-in difficult. She's a great server and always gets my carry-out order correct! Good employees are hard to find.?

Prices are high for small portions. Example 2.59 for a side of hashbrowns that can fit in your palm. Center of the pancakes semi cooked. Sausage patties minimal in flavor and quality. Service was busy and a long wait. Time 9:30 a.m.
food is very good and wait staff is friendly. I would recommend dining at this restaurant.
Delicious dinner tonight with friends... Salads and breakfasts were all very good! And you can't beat Bob Evans honey on their warm biscuits! Good stuff!
