I tried to go to this Biggby location after getting out of work to enjoy my appreciation drink for being a nurse and arrived at 7:30 p.m. The doors were locked and the drive thru was non functional so I called the store and spoke with Meadow and she informed me that today the store hours were only until 7:30 instead of their posted signage for 8 p.m. After driving out of my way and a 14 hour shift, it is unfortunate that this location wouldn't honor their advertised promotion to show their appreciation for nurses.
Want to focus on something? Listen to a conference call? Have a decent conversation? Don't come to this location. The loud music which causes the staff to have to talk loudly make for a very non-relaxing experience. For a night-club atmosphere (sans alcohol) come here and get your groove on. Otherwise, for some peace and quiet, try a local school cafeteria, highway overpass, or construction site. Oh..coffee is always decent here...take it to go.
I always have a good experience here. They are never slow and always provide really great customer service. My only complaint is the price of coffee. Fortunately they provide BOGO coupons in the mail.

Staff is friendly, service was fast. However, the most important thing the coffee, sucked. Luke warm at best(probably why it was so fast), tasted like cool, lightly flavored milk.
