We get there on a Friday at 5 with a show nearby. As expected, most tables were taken, which is fine. My wife says how long until we can get a table. The dude with the light beard ‘C’ hat stutters without confidence we will have something in the next 30 minutes. No taking names or phone numbers for notification. He recommended the little bar across the way which was also horrible. Not everyone wants to buy $25 drinks of what may be good bourbon and I didn’t. They had no beer, wine or regular (Jack) booze. I get the theme but a full bar would be better. I sat there in the entrance area instead waiting for a table and go back in to the restaurant. A table was clearing up and we were next. I said I have 4 people in my party so can we have that table and we were here (my wife actually) before anyone else. He said we have 3 at the bar. Sorry son, I said I have 4 (repeatedly prior) that want to drink and eat.Long story short, he gave our table away to someone who walked in after us. The douche with the ‘C’ hat is the worst ever. I said I want to give you my money because the food is good, although last visit we waited over an hour for just a pizza. He argued with me and then has the audacity to say good luck finding anything else to eat. I told him GFY and the restaurants nearby all had availability. They even told you if there was a wait and texted you, imagine that.Very unorganized and limited seating. During the week it may be suitable, but not on the weekends. Oh and hey ‘C’ hat host guy, manager whatever he may be was a complete [email protected]&khead. Bad business.

We made reservations because it was graduation days. I am a absolute drinker and himself a miller lite. No absolute ok titos fine . Ill have a absolute and orange juice. No orange juice and we are out of miller lite. We both order pizzas. Very greasy ,pepperoni is super spicy and bacon ends are super fatty. sorry the only good experience was our waiter.

Went this past Saturday. They were severely short staffed. Service took half an hour to just get someone to talk to me. Tried to get a drink at the bar, the server wouldn't acknowledge me while I was standing there. When I finally got my pizza (the sweet and savory) it hardly tasted like anything. I try to give businesses benefit of the doubt, especially short staffed. But, when servers won't even acknowledge your existence, the food is fairly bland, and a little more on the expensive side. I can't leave more than a 2 star review, maybe when they are slow and aren't short staffed it's worth going?

I swung in for a late night pizza, made some cheap jokes but the guys working the shop humored me. I was stunned at how good the plain cheese pizza I got was. (It’s the true test of a good pie) I’m also glad they’re open later than 9 in this god-fearing side of the state. Thanks again and I’ll be back for more.

Not from GR area. Stayed at the Amway Grand and happened to walk past this place. Service was great. They were able to accommodate my wife’s tree nut allergy (make sure you tell the sever). There was a loud obnoxious group, but not at the fault of Big O’s.

I have enjoyed this pizzeria for years, both for business meetings and personal/family meals. It’s truly “out of sight, out of mind” (lower level of building, down the ramp). This place is ideal for city visitors that may not want to eat in their hotel; a quick meal/drink before a game or concert or maybe you want to get a pizza to go and have a drink while you wait. Good food, great service, good friends all meet up here. Why not?THEN, after reading a few 1 and 2 star reviews, I realized that it’s been a while since my last visit. However, I will visit soon and see for myself how the [necessary] changes affected the food, atmosphere and whether Bernie has a red jacket on or not.

This place used to be really good and now it's just overpriced wannabe junk. A couple years ago I had a chicken pesto sub that was amazing and around $10-$12, which wasn't bad. Came back tonight with a date and the new menu is very limited and super pricey~ p.s. don't order the garlic knots. You only get 2 for $8 and the marina sauce is really sweet~ Tried the sweet and savoury pizza and regretted it. The honey just gets worse with each bite. Wish we could have a redo button and order something else. Or just skipped this place. Sadly this will be removed from my list of restaurant options.

Good pizza. Only 4 stars because there was a rowdy group of people there that was loud and I had a hard time keeping conversation with my group because of how loud the other people were. Good food and good service otherwise.

So good! Locally sourced ingredients, great head chef and team, and delicious food! Pizza is how it should be- great flavored crust with great tasting toppings. Get the pork sandwich, it’s a must.

We arrived a little after 4 during the week and qere the only customers for quite some time. Definitely try the garlic knots, they were so good! The pizza was also delicious. I was hoping for a green pepper topping, but since that wasn't on the menu I ordered the personal cheese. I would recommend the Big O! ?
