Terrible customer service by girl who is always at register. She has hair in a pigtail and bright or deiffernt coloredin back. I called to Place a order for bagels two days prior and was told they were first come first serve since they’re out of dough right now. I got up early with 5 kids to come right at open and requested a dozen deal with 5 blueberry, 4 cinnamon and rest Asiago and she tells me she can’t sell me the cinnamon because that’s all she has for the rest of the day. Even tho there is 10 there. That’s ridiculous I go out of my way and she won’t sell me something that is available. Talk about terrible customer service I love this place but will never return to this location again.
If I could rate this place 6 stars I would! Always amazing service. Don't even have to say my order. As soon as I walk in the barista is on it!
Whenever I'm back in GR, I like to stop in there, though it's a long way for me. It's the food.
The store itself is very dirty and it was very slow inside, the food is okay. We came in to see straws, trash, food particles on the tables as two women sat behind the counter just talking.
Great options and incredibly sweet staff members, will definitely be back!
The staff is very friendly. I always get a Everything bagel customized with ham, egg and provolone cheese. The sandwich would be really good if it was toasted. Sometimes I'll heat it up when i get home to melt the cheese a little more.
Let's just say a I'm a regular customer or a stalker lol ( 4 times week )
Love this place! I've been working on the area for many years now and Bagel beanery is the place to go for great food and excellent service.
I came during a busy time and they seemed understaffed. Bagel still came out in 5-10 minutes. Excellent sandwich and great coffee. Will return!
Bagel Beanery has been a Saturday morning staple for me. Pair any of their breakfast sandwiches with an everything bagel and its a rad combination.Only item that is missing on their menu is a Taylor Ham egg & cheese bagel sandwich. Need to get on the Taylor ham grind...shout out to my NJ people
